As a loyal customer of nandos restaurants at various locations the quality is going downin this exact location 2 or3 times we waited to be seated but no ane cares so we went ahead to seat ourselvesAt another locationOne time i was given a broken high chair for my baby luckily i noticed early , most of the high chair have ripped seat beltsThe quality of food is concerning the chicken is not grilled anymore it’s burnedThe top item for me the mashed pototoes served 2 times runny and watery looks weirdThe fries are reheatedThe salad so drythe good part is the customer service is great when we ask for a refund or replacement
I went back because I wanted to taste that delicious grilled chicken I tasted one time, but for some reason that night everything was not pleasant, I was served without my lemonade pineapple drink, the peri peri grilled chicken was bleeding (Raw) So not a good night, food prep need to be consistent to the original taste of a well grilled peri peri. And if lemonade are only served by the cashier at the moment please don't forget next time ? hopefully next time I'm just going to remind them to cook well the peri peri chicken and to please don't forget to hand over my lemonade at the moment of payment.

The food was OK, but I ordered carry out 40 minutes ahead and it still wasn't ready when I got there. Meanwhile, people walking in. We're ordering carry out and walking out with it within 10 minutes. I don't get it.

Had the halloumi sandwich. It was so good!I took off the sweet potato but it was delicious.I think the fries are fine and wouldn't rate them. I recommend going for the garlic bread instead.

Food was delicious although it did not sit well with my stomach at all. Boyfriend did not have tummy troubles. The staff was friendly and mostly explained the process although they forgot to tell us we had to get silverware and where it was. Nicely decorated but the music was too loud.

I really enjoy Nando's. The chicken is good and the garlic bread is awesome! I also enjoy the chicken livers. Nando's have added items to their menu and what I have tried I enjoyed.
