A good Mexican restaurant in the Woodbridge AreaThis is in a stand-alone building on the south side of Prince William Parkway a short distance from the i-95 intersection. There is plenty of parking on 2 sides of the restaurant. The entrance is on the side nearest the main street and has the look and feel of a Mexican restaurant with a long tin awning, a distinctive front facade, and an adobe look to it. We were greeted at the host/hostess station and led to a table. There is a bar to the right and tables and booths to the center and left as you enter the establishment. The overall restaurant was clean and the tables appeared to be cleaned quickly once parties left. My party arrived during a torrential thunderstorm and there were several leaks in the roof requiring the use of several buckets in the room with tables and booths. The waitress was quick and efficient and checked on us frequently. The menu has a large selection of food dishes with costs for each meal about $10-$15 per person. Chips with salsa came complimentary as soon as we were seated. Both were very good. We all ordered different dishes from tacos to fajitas. The food came out in about 10 -15 minutes. Each dish seemed like large portions and was very good. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that I would recommend to my fellow travelers who are hungry for a good meal in the area. Enjoy!

The food was average. Not at all what I remember, and I was a little disappointed. Just a little. My son did not like his quesadilla, and that is rare. Myself, I thought the chicken tinga taco was actually good. As well as the beef empanadas. As usual, the chips and salsa were great. My favorite as far as restaurants go.This was a take out order, and it was prepared quickly.

This place needs to be cleaned! OmG like get the health department. It is tired and old and floor is dirty concrete I could write my name in the dust on the pendent lights, which were adorned with dust all the way down the cord to the table. We were greeted by a hostess who asked “just two?” And could not be more disinterested in us. The waiter however, was awesome! Frantz made the meal with his warmth and engagement and returned to check on us. The food was not hot ? but enchiladas were very good. The rice and beans are often an afterthought in chain Mexican restaurants but were really good. Bottom line - avoid this place. It’s a mess. But, if like me, you have a gift card, Frantz is a great waiter and the food is good. Likely better if it’s hot.
