Coffee was almost empty, and what there was was not hot. Food was okay, but took a while. Patrons haven’t been bussing their own tables, and the staff is too busy to clean. Kind of a disappointment today.

I don’t know what is this! All I know is that this is not chicken noodle soup!I got 5% pasta, 2% chicken and 93% water!

Great to know that the soups and sandwiches at "Paner Bread" are delicious! The combination of flavors in soups and the quality of sandwiches can truly enhance the dining experience. Sounds like a tasty choice!

I absolutely hate this place. I avoid it at all cost but I had to come in today bc of my food time restrictions. I schedule a pick up for 543. Come in and they are bem2qhind. I see my name, says my order is ready and still nothing. Then my name disappears!!! I wait another 10mins and then I ask about my order, they say we are out of bagels. You see me standing here, you never call my name to inform me. I am still here waiting for my order and my food time has passed. This place is ridiculous! And I'm sure my soup will be wrong. I was right ?

A good place to eat in the Woodbridge area.As of late 2023, there are a total of 2173 Panera Bread locations in the United States of America across 50 states and 1369 cities. This is one of the 83 locations in Virginia and one of the 2 locations in Woodbridge. It is located down the hill from the intersection of Prince William Parkway and Touchstone Circle, next to a Safeway store and across the parking lot from a McDonald's. We walked into the location and found the counter is to the right as you enter with the seating a mixture of tables and large windows to the left-hand side. There are some tables in an enclosure outside the restaurant to the right of the door separated from the walkway by tasteful wooden walls. We were greeted upon entering and the nice man that took our order was very helpful and friendly. I have seen the other comments on Google about bad food, poor service, and unclean location but I did not see any of that. The location was clean. There was plenty of food. I ordered several souflees and a coffee. The prices for all Panera locations are higher but I have found it worth it for the consistent food quality, nice atmosphere, and good service.

I had two avocado, egg white, Spanish sandwich and two large coffee from my favorite Panera bread but unfortunately it was filthy this morning! The bread was heard like anything, avocado was rotten, coffee was cold but they changed coffee after I asked. I paid total $19.01 even I have the sip cup subscription. Just runied my morning!

This a convenient place for me to park during swim meets and other business in Prince Wm County, but the store is seldom in good shape. This is based on three visits over about 18 months. The tables are not wiped down, with trash accumulating on the floor underneath. There is a broken table and upturned chair in the front corner of the store, there for at least the entire weekend. The coffee is often out / not refilled. With that said, staff are polite and usually fix stuff up when it is brought up. I can't figure out if the problem is under-staffing, poor training/management, or just messy clientele. To be fair, all my trips were weekends. It might be cleaner and better M-F. As a frequent Panera guest, this location needs some attention.

These people who work there never get my order correct. This evening, they failed to deliver my green passion smoothie.

PLACE IS *FILTHY*!!!! I would have taken more pics but---I think these few say it all. I went in at 1100 on 10/9. Just five hours after they opened and every single table that was empty had piles of napkins and crumbs and trash; eating area was FILTHY. Counters--FILTHY. Soda machine floor--was puddled with syrup/juice. was there anyone trying to clean? ABSOLUTELY NOT. The manager said "we're too busy to clean". I told her--"This place if filthy and it's just as much a part of customer service as filling orders." TOTALLY UNSAT--People--avoid this Panera at all costs.

Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes (3pm so NOT during a rush) and was never addressed by any of the four staff members behind the counter. Apparently having social hour was more important to the employees here. My elderly mother even loudly asked “does anyone even work here?” and was also ignored. We left. Will never go back.

This aging location is in serious disarray. There is no recognizable chain of management to speak of.Franchise owner is certainly an absentee owner; as staffing and affective leadership has been a lingering problem of this restaurant.Good natured kitchen staff is demoralized by the front end’s lack of existence.I’m a member and eat at 3 locations 3-5 times per week.EVERY SINGLE TIME, at this location coffee is either out or cold, beverage areas dirty, cashiers frantically attempting to function while bewildered hungry customers are amazed at lack of functionality of the employees in front of them. Not one person cares, everyone is overwhelmed and overworked. Why change anything as long as corporate gets its percentage and hungry desperate people like me keeps coming!?One day some customer or employee will go “postal” here!
