They did not add the correct ingredients to the pizza. One came with ZERO cheese. How in the world does a pizza come without cheese. They did not include the dipping sauce. Worst shop. Avoid shop. Just go to a different pizza spot.

Visited the Woodbridge location on 2/24/2024. The pickled onions had a used by sticker of 2/18/24. I inquired about the used by sticker with the employee and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked if they had any pickled onions within a reasonable used by date? I was told once they finish what they have out, they will put another batch out.I could not believe they would knowingly use products way past the used by date. So unfortunate to know they are not concerned about the health and wellness of the customers. Food that I received did not taste good.

This is the worse location I’ve ever been to. I will never return to this one. The one in Kingstowne is better. From the moment I came in, there was attitude. I asked if they had cauliflower crust. The guy with the “man bun” retorted a rude “NO!”. Okay, that’s fine. The lady making my pizza made a cheese pizza. NO SAUCE. Then tried to correct it by putting the sauce on top of the cheese. I realize people have bad days so I said nothing. But the final straw was when the cashier had an attitude because we were asking about the sauces that WERE NOT labeled. Everytime I ask a question (a total of two) he turned his head to the side with a sigh as though I was bothering him. I also watched him throw another customers pizza on the counter.

Ordered on line and after I received a txt saying pizza was ready, went to the counter only to find they had given my custom ordered pizza to someone else. Remade a new one but had to wait again for it. Also, my daughter's pizza didn't have any tomatoes as ordered and there was way too much garlic drizzle. There is a reason it is called drizzle...just a little bit on it !!!!

The pizza was good like another brick oven pizza, nothing to write home about. I wouldn't drive across town to get it, but If i was in the area and was hungry, it would get the job done. I also ordered the garlic knots. They were delicious. The store looks as if it was an old apple store converted to a pizza shop. Won’t be back. Customer service was not acceptable. When asked for my order kept saying “what” with an attitude. I know the time closes at 11p and o came around 10:20p so service should still be accommodated. Person before me was offered for a drink and cookies and when it got to me didn’t even offer and still had an attitude. This isn’t the first time that’s happen and so therefore I won’t be back.

The pizza here is really good. They build it while you are in line, which is awesome. I would say this one is a bit slower than normal. It would have been nice to have backs on the seats and have access to the coke machine. But the pizza is awesome.

We recently moved to the Woodbridge area and we were so excited to find out there was an & pizza down the street! The place looked clean and wasn’t very busy… GREAT! As soon as we got to the counter to start ordering all three employees that were behind the bar kept talking while ignoring us. All good, we ordered our food. The guy named Jose had a snobby attitude for no reason since we walked into the store. He didn’t greet us at the counter to pay for our food, I ordered a drink and he proceeded to fill up his red plastic cup with soda rolling his eyes and then he filled mine. My brothers pizza was coming out next and he had such an attitude that he dropped rn he pizza…. Didn’t say a single word to us and told the other girl to cook another pizza. I asked for a side of blue cheese crumbles and again he rolled his eyes and walked away to put the blue cheese crumbles in a container. I’m not one to write reviews but I couldn’t even enjoy my food from the rudeness and snobbiness of Jose. After our second pizza was done, my brother asked for a side of honey as he tossed it at him across the counter…. When I asked the other girl working for the managers name she told me… IT WAS JOSE!!!! I was taken back like how is the manager so rude to everyone. So Jose walks back around to see what we’re talking about and I asked him if we had done anything to him because he was so rude to us. He smirked amd said I treat everyone equally and rolled his eyes again and walked away. I’m complaining because we spend so much money to eat good and get good customer service and everything about Jose made this experience horrible. Nobody like that should hold a manager or lead title. ANYWHERE!
