I moved into a facility nearby, (Arbor Terrace, terrible food!) and even though my meals are included, sometimes I need a pizza! So, on Thursday evening, May 18, 2023, and since I'm one of the most mobile, I let folks know I would pick up pizza for them also! Pizza party!!! I've been to Vocelli's before and the pizza was terrific, however, this time it was VERY "not so great". We got a 16 inch "Build your own" pepperoni and olives, regular sauce. The other was a 16 inch "artesian" Spring Vegetable. On both, we noticed there was almost no sauce, to speak of, and none within 2 inches of the edges. The spring veggie had 6 pieces of mushrooms, 4 slices of tomato, decent black olives, tons of bell pepper chunks, etc. AND, almost NO cheese on either of them. This left 6 of us VERY disappointed. No one wants to use them any more and I'm not sure I will, either.

We placed an order for a Mac and cheese pizza with bacon only on half. They sent us the wrong pizza; they sent us half cheese half Mac and cheese. We called to see what to do about getting the correct pizza and they said that we had ordered incorrectly which is not the case. We have ordered this multiple times before. We have also had issues with their delivery service once the left the pizza on the ground without even knocking. The pizza is good, however, it is not worth the hassle

Pizzaholic is a "ghost kitchen". In other words, doordash operates a pizza kitchen through Vocelli's. There is no signage to show that Pizzaholic is inside Vocelli's.If you like Vocelli's pizza, you'll love Pizzaholic. Unfortunately, the workers are the same and they are rude af.Parking: There is plenty of parking because no one comes here.

SCAM!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!! (Woodbridge, VA location)We ordered 32 assorted flavors of pizzas to celebrate our associates. NOT ONE OF THE DELIVERED PIZZAS WERE WHAT WE ORDERED!! When I called Mr. Z to tell him our order was not correct he said "I wrote down what you ordered and that is what you got" he did not offer up any kind of apologies or solutions to resolve the issue. He basic screamed thru the phone and ended the conversation with "that is what you ordered".Very bad customer service experience.

I was the only customer in the sore and stood at the counter for what seems like an eternity before I was acknowledged that I walked into the store to pick up my order. Two workers were there. One preparing food the other on the back register.
I'm changing my previous review of this location. It is under new management. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and I'm happy to report 100% satisfaction with our meal. My guy kept raving over the pepperoni rolls I got as an extra! Definitely would recommend them now!! Thanks for making things right

I wish I could put pictures here. I ordered the veggie rolls and pepperoni bacon rolls. The photo shows a full take out container with good sized pizza rolls. Each order was 10.99 and there was barely a handful of marbles size bread balls.Very disappointing. I definitely feel scammed.

Vocelli's used to be the best pizza in the area. Just received perhaps the worst pizza I've ever had. Asked for extra cheese. It barely had any sauce and minimal cheese. Don't plan on ordering from here again

STOP STOP STOP Personal Advice for respected people DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Do you want to get treated worse, disrespectful and unfairly?? Well, If yes, this the place to go Vocellli Pizza. On 6/01/2022 around 8:50pm at this date and time I was there with fam to have good Pizza night. Unfortunately, it turned out to be absolutely the worse night ever. Cashier and manager was so rude and mean to us. Cashier was on this personal phone the whole time while taking our orders. He was on his chair when I walked in, I had to call for help to place my order. They took almost forever to get my Order ready. When I asked for refund they refused at first then I called 911 they decided to refund me cash instead put my money on my card. He was Shouting, angry and disrespectful towards us made My 16 months old daughter cry. They are theif in prices I have attached photos below same items different prices from different employees. They ignored to provide us customer service, not willing to assist at all. Long story short, my visit at this place was terrible. I had to call police for the safety of my fam. it was absolutely ridiculous customer service I have ever faced. I was not expecting to be treated unfairly, disrespecTed and bad customer service. Not my place to go....
