LOVEEEE the chili!! I usually order it with a strawberry shake and lays chips which are also great. So many places would charge super expensive for chili and a shake but I love that the food is great tasting for a not overly pricey meal. The sandwiches are next on my list to try, but I 100% reccomend the chili and shakes!!

Was greeted by Jonathan ( with the hair braid ) and he was very accommodating to me and my absent children’s meal. The entire staff was helpful to remind me to grab water and chips/cookie like they have had issues before and were consistent with making sure no mistakes happened. Giuliana was extremely helpful with me navigating the app, making sure I was taking advantage of the benefits and really- she didn’t have to but also was confident in making sure I got the perfect cookie and even asked her staff. You can tell this in a good and well maintained sandwich shop. I look forward to returning ! Every time I ordered and sandwich and bag of cookies..cookies never are fresh at this location and my tuna sandwich is always too salty.

Ordered for pickup - was fast and delicious. Try the cookie butter shake! Got the "wreck" sandwich and loaded with meat. Pricey for a sandwich so 4 vs 5 stars. Staff was friendly when I picked it up. Laid back atmosphere in restaurant.

The first step to actually getting people to buy your food is customer service. Here I go trying to order here and the lady doesn't even really say hi and just says " You put in an order?!" I said no and she goes " what ? What ? Go order at the other side" with such a disgusting attitude. It's truly no wonder this place is dead. I walked out because I'm not about to be talked to like that. Her name was Anna by the way. Tell Anna to fix her attitude.

I went to pickup my order and before I entered I observed an employee picking his nose all the way up to his skull. When I entered the store he continue picking his nose. he had the nerve to handle food with no gloves and not wash his hands.I of course, cancelled my order and left and will never return!

The BLTA was just terrible. How do you mess that up. The bread was overly toasted, the sandwich had a pinch of mustard you could hardly see. The soup was decent along with the chips and drink. Whoever makes the sandwiches needs to go back to the drawing board, my 5 year old can make a better sandwich.

I placed an order on 08/22, I decided I no longer wanted the order and contacted them immediately to have it canceled. They were so useless and couldn't help apart from them not making my order. I called back later asking for corporate's contact to inform them on the situation. They were acting clueless as if I was speaking a foreign language. I was told by Jacquline the manager, they didn't have a corporate's number which is weird. I then asked how to go about getting my refund then. It took me 3 days of calling to finally get another manager to process my refund. She asked me questions about the order I guess to verify. It has been 2 weeks I have not received my refund. I called 3 times today and no one picked up. I don't know what they got going on, but I need to find a way to contact corporate because this is crazy. Why have me go through all this and just to not give me my refund? Like this is unnecessary as hell. I will never order from Potbelly in Woodbridge again. If I could give 0 stars, I will. You guys wasted my time.

The cashier wasn’t present at all! My wife’s sandwich came out broken. Imagine buying sushi and when you pick it up the rice and roll piece falls apart.
