We had a party of 3 and had to wait a total of 2 hours to receive our food. Our waiter forgot what our order was a total of 3 times and had to come back to check what we had ordered, and to mention we received the wrong order twice, & after complaining about the delay of our food and had noticed people who had gotten there after us had received their food first, our waiter decided to then proceed to give us attitude when we asked where our food was.. We had to wait an extra hour just to receive empanadas we ordered to go and also for the items that were corrected. Very disappointed in the service…

Had been traveling from visiting family up north and we stopped to get some dinner here. Did not know what to eat and we ended up seeing what was near the highway. No regrets! Best Pupusas on our way back home to Georgia. We had ordered ahead and when we got there we found out we ordered from the wrong place. They asked us what we had ordered and they made our food right away. The agua frescas were also so delicious.

Those people don't know how to do the job well, they do it just to get it out... there have been three times that they have given me wrong orders for pupusas... and one Como Tonto keeps buying. I do not recommend Pupuseria Doña Azucena from Woodbridge, bad orders all the time

I ordered chilate and nuegados pupusas and the order of chilate was ice cold, the nuegados were ice cold and had a bad smell. I spoke to let them know and the person who served me was very rude and told me if you want, bring them and if not, excuse me.

Fantastic food. Fresh. Tasty. Reasonably priced. Great place to go to with a friend, family or a date. Because whoever you bring will be satisfied :) my first time having pupusas couldn’t have gone better. Their tacos are really good and better than some high end places I’ve been to in DC.

What a bad service, I ordered a pupusas to take away and they only gave me 5 of the ones I had ordered and in the end they charged me for the entire order and I claimed that everything was very good before leaving that restaurant, check it so that you don't have any inconveniences

I ordered an order of 12 Pupusas and when I got home it was a ball of Pupusas stuck together and crumbled. I think that because I had to order 45 minutes before closing, everything was delivered wrong.
If you want to enjoy Central American Latin cravings this is a good place, with very good food.

Horrible service.We never complain about food but here we were very disappointed about the soup.Soup was cold and no flavor at allWe just try we sent it back and they still charge it.We don't recommend the soup in this place.It is not the money I at is the value they have for their guest and the way how they make money.

Picked up food to go tonight and the rice was old and the chicken had a weird tangy taste. The beef empanada I got was also hard an either old or over fried. I’ve eaten here before and the quality continues to decline. I won't be back. I'm convinced they sell you old food except for the pupusas which have to be made fresh or else I'm sure they'd sell leftovers of that too!I picked up takeout tonight and the rice was dry, hard and old and the chicken had a strange taste like it was old. The meatloaf I bought was also hard and dry, I don't know if it's because it was old or they fried it for a long time. I have eaten here before and the quality continues to decline. I will not come back. I'm convinced they sell you old food except the pupusas which have to be fresh or else I'm sure they would sell leftovers from that too!
