Quality and portion of food has gone down since when I last used to frequent this place about 18 months ago. The rice was bland and the goat meat was tough and had mostly bone. The atmosphere is so bland there was some kind of religious chants coming from the tv in a foreign language that was not soothing for a dining room. I wont be making any special trips to come back

So I stopped by because I saw the Ghanaian flag in the window and have eaten Ghanaian food before, it peaked my interest to try their restaurant. The first visit I ordered egusi with pounded yam, it was underwhelming because the meat that came in my plate was simply not meat at all, just bone and cartilage; the stew was nice so I removed the bulky pieces and ate the rest. Came back today to order jollof with beef - the rice tasted like the bottom of a freezer, it was so disappointing. I am now sure this restaurant just does not serve good ingredients because two different meals on two different days only the disappointment is consistent. My law firm is about 4 min from this place but I will just drive across town to Aburi. Waste of money and now still hungry

I got a very bad day at Rahama I ordered for food and spent $73 firstly I was given fried fish instead of Grilled tilapia. I ordered for 4 Malta they were not paying attention when parking the order so they gave me some stupid meat pie. I called them to corrrect their mistake and instead of doing that they were telling me to spend some more money and they will add it to my order. the manager was so rude to me tell me that I should go ahead and report their store. Rahama collected my money and when I complained they use bad and abusive words on me

Egusi with chicken is my favorite dish. This was the worst food I've ever tasted. The chicken was old and rock hard. The egusi was gritty and saturated in palm oil. The dish in its entirety had a scorched taste. I will never order anything from them again!

I’ve been to this place multiple time, and I am going to get my honest review. If you’re looking for good customer service, don’t go to this place, they are absolutely horrible at customer service, and They do not interact with their customers unless the consumer’s are African or they can “tell “ that the customer is African.I Walked inside the restaurant I wasn’t greeted ,some of the workers were there. I was not approached or anything. I was standing there for at least 10 minutes until I said something and they were speaking in the language (Twi) Thinking I didn’t understand nor speak it. The food was an amazing , The goat meat is a rip off don’t get it.but if you’re looking for customer service and you’re not African, nor white or any other than looking white or African, don’t expect good customer service from them and this is coming from someone who is West African. A Ghanaian

I ordered egusi with goat meat and fufu. Egusi taste straight up fish. They added meat on top. Looks like they cooked with fish in it. Which I think not wise because some people can be allergic to seafood. If someone wants with fish it can be added on top like other meats. I have tried good African food. And this was terrible. I haven’t tried their other things. but I don’t know if I ever want go back.

I've ordered dinner from Rahama a few times over the past couple of months. I was satisfied every time, I don't have any complaints. The food was tasty, hot and well portioned. I tried the spicy kebab this evening and loved it. My favorite so far is the cassava leaves with fufu, goat & chicken. Peanut soup is very good as well. Well spiced food, try and you won't regret it.

First time here.. Nice atmosphere.. nice lady at the counter but the food was poor. You can tell the food isn’t entirely freshly made ether that or overcooked. I ordered a couple of things and let me tell you the white rice taste way better then the jollof rice. The jollof rice taste burnt and I had my mom taste it as well just to make sure it wasn’t just me to keep from wasting my money we just poured some of the juice from the goat and chicken soup to mask the bad burnt taste. The plantains I received was half old plantains and half fresh. You can tell by the look and feel what’s old and what new. I never had FuFu so I wanted to try it and let me tell u it taste like a ball of unseasoned mashed potatoes ..is that how it supposed to taste? I give yall a 2/10 this was a new experience for me. I don’t really do the eating out thing but I did today only because I had to use my credit card before they cancel it due to inactivity damn these credit card companies ? thanks for the food and GOD BLESS

I went first a few years ago and liked their Jollof rice, but nothing else. This time I ordered chicken with the rice, that was fried and placed in with the rice dish. It was old, over cooked, and not crispy. I could not eat it. I would have preferred stew chicken with the rice. Their beans had too much grease, more like old fashioned lard. I knew this and was prepared to strain them. Plantains we're ok. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and service was adequate for a restaurant. I therefore thought the food would have been fresh and cooked to order, especially fried chicken.

Pretty damn good food, if you know what you'll be ordering, from Fufu, to jollof rice, they have chicken to lamb. Give them a try! You won't regret it either!Vegetarian options: Just ask, "Can you make (your selection of food) without meat?Dietary restrictions: Well it's definitely not fast food, I can tell you that, nice well prepared foodParking: Plenty of spacesKid-friendliness: They are nice, they don't bite(Or do they? Lol)Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there's a ramp

The food is good. That being said everything else is subpar. The service is terrible. The lady who takes your order is extremely rude. At least twice, they messed up my order. Gave me goat meat when I had ordered turkey tail once, and the other time she added a meal I hadn’t ordered to my order. When I brought it up to her attention, she said I “don’t know how to order”. It doesn’t take a doctorate to order food lady. She ended up refunding that meal but I find it ridiculous that they cannot take orders right and then become insulting when you point out their mistakes.
