The quality of customer service at the Woodbridge Red Lobster has taken a noticeable downturn. Upon entering, there's a noticeable odor that detracts from the dining experience. However, the manager is commendably pleasant and quick to address any concerns, although the overall ambiance has suffered in recent times.

So we was at Woodbridge Virginia on Saturday, March 30 and we had a dinner there at the red lobster when we was seated at the table. It took anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes for the waitress to come over and greet us why she was busy walking around on the telephone. Her name starts with an A Alisha and we got order. I put a order in for a drink never received a drink, but then want to charge me for the drink and I also cancel and order mushrooms still want to try to charge me for the mushrooms took her forever to get us our bag to go to put out food to leave , and also it took her forever to come back with some fresh bread as well so her waitressing was horrible. She needs to be retrained and stop talking on the phone when you have Customer seated at your section. So my daughter finished her dinner today from red lobster and found an object inside her food. , and also it took her forever to come back with some fresh bread as well so her waitressing was horrible. Long wait times even though the place was empty, bland food, & the lobster/shrimp/salmon tasted rotten - ended up vomitting.Employees were laughing in the back instead of working, though the hostess was friendly. The only good things here are the garlic bread & crispy dragon shrimp. No wonder they take so long to serve you the main course; they're hoping it'll make you leave. Never coming here again, do better.

Needed a quick but decent meal. Restaurant was virtually empty. Challenged when asked for a booth and told I'd have to sit at the bar. P was eventually seated at a booth but never received service. I surveyed the restaurant on my way out. At least 6 staff were sitting in the back chatting, laughing, or playing on their phones. With exception of the hostess, all staff on duty at 5pm Wednesday, 27 March should be retrained or replaced. If ZERO were an option it would be my rating.

If Red Lobster doesn’t change things immediately and drastically, they will loose another lifelong customer! The Friday fish and chips was horrible. Cole slaw and french fries were acceptable, but the fish was the worst Ive ever had. It was all batter and grease. The fish inside was cut as thin as sushi. Could not hardly see fish much less taste any. It will take another year before I attempt it again. So sad!
I go here, all the time, because a friend and a family member prefer Red Lobster over other restaurants.The establishment is always clean, service is always good & the wait has become shorter & shorter...but probably because of the price hike. However, I do notice that every single restaurant, is doing the same thing.I have noticed, over time, more to-go orders leaving the establishment & less people eating in, but I still prefer to eat in, with friends or family.Vegetarian options: There aren't many but I do prefer healthier foods, so I always order more vegtable-based dishes.You can oder salad and switch dressings. There are plenty of yummy vegetable sides, but I believe they may be cooked, in butter.

Used to love Red Lobster. This experience was not very good. First meal was stuffed flounder with was drowning in some sauce. Stuffing was salty. Waitress replaced with fish and chips that was better but fairly greesy. The table was very sticky. Waitress told us they were all like that due to table finish. Side salad no longer item that is included. Now costs 2.49 more.

Our chef was great with our food, and the knife show, however we were expecting him to play with us a little more to show off his skills and toss food into our mouths. He did squeeze the apple juice. though We were a group of 24 and we had two chefs cooking for us. We knew what to expect because we had been there before. He did not entertain us as much as our chef on the other side. He may have been tired or not feeling well, but he was pleasant. We still had a good time.
