Yogurt is fine, it's as expected. Smoothies are ok too. So why 2 stars? Service.The people who were manning the store were just not paying attention. They forgot my friends' orders. It's not as if the shop was busy - we were the only customers. They just didn't seem to know what was going on.I like frozen yogurt but we won't be coming back to this one.

On top of dealing with bad service from the insufferable gen z and only having two flavors available, I paid $8.80 for this garbage. When I opened it, it was so hollow that yogurt + toppings filled about half a medium cup. Go to a self serve frozen yogurt shop. At least there you get what you pay for.

I was given a hard time by Shanaye the moment I walked in with an eye roll of a hello. I ask to use my red mango gift card and she denied me service saying I didn't have funds even though I did. I told her I'll make an online order since "I don't have funds" and did with the exact card she claimed had no money... She started helping multiple customers that came after I made my online order. I waited for them to be served, giving her time. After waiting about an hour for two smoothies, I ask her if she will be starting my order. She said "I'll check" dismissively and started doing other people's orders. I asked if I can get my order soon since I've been waiting a while, and she proceeded to call the police claiming I'm being violent. At this point Im here for over an hour, paid for products I can't seem to get, and the cops are being threatened on me because I asked for my order after waiting LONGER than the online order said it would be ready by. She said would refund me and instead walked in the back. I had to call 911 to get my "refund "since I was being legally robbed after paying for a product and not receiving anything. Picture shown is Shanaye who was unprofessional the whole way through, ear pods in the whole time. I watched several potential customers leave after seeing how I was being treated by her. Hire better employees. Since then I checked my gift card balance and I have not gotten a refund. This place has officially robbed me

It was my first time coming here and I think I had Craig as my server since that was the name on the receipt. He was so unnecessarily rude and unhelpful it was ridiculous. If I had not already paid for my food I would’ve ran out of that spot I was the only one there too. I tried to ask him about the menu, if the açaí was raw and he was like “huh” “what” “yea” all annoyed and like I was stupid, very unprofessional because as everyone knows açaí comes raw or blended in bowls. Even when I was asking like do they come with all berries like It was unnecessary sass. Food was ok a little overpriced but service -500/10.

I don’t know why they’ve started using frozen açaí but it makes the bowl horrible. I expect freshly made bowls when I come not açaí that’s been sitting in a freezer. I pay $14 for quality not your convenience!

The bowls are not consistent sometimes they are good and sometimes they are bad. I stop going because of all the inconsistencies…one worker says I can’t get a certain amount of toppings and another work says I can. The menu says up to 4 toppings but the worker says I can only get 3. So maybe they should change the menu but they don’t have to worry I will not be back. Good luck.

Why is this place not open at 8am there's a Onelife fitness gym right next to this place and it would make so much sense to get an açaí bowl after the gym in the morning before work... who in their unemployed mined would spend 15$ on an açaí bowl in the middle of the day like do u not a have a job... do better Red Mango y'all need to open at 7AM MFs

I only rate this place with two stars one because the açaí wasn’t that bad and because the guy who prepared them he was polite but the lady, the old lady at the cashier, super rude CERO customer service skills !! I cannot believe shes in charge of the place.

Bad service!!! The lady at the register. Cero customer services skills !! She greets you with an attitude. You ask her a question and she responds with an attitude we ordered 2 açaís, She didn't even gave us the total she just say there and walk away. We had to figure out by looking on the computer How much was to be paid ! no receipt not anything because she was gone already.

Dessert and a show. I don't know if this happens often, but the girl making the smoothies seems pretty confident in making a scene and antagonizing another customer while I waited 20 min for a smoothie... get it together, y'all
