Had a great experience at Red Robin by Potomac Mills. Attended a fundraiser there. Burger was perfect. Bottomless fries. Manager stopped by several times to welcome us and check on us.
Today, close to 1pm on 4/14/24, the waitress a the bar overcharged me twice. She ordered and charged for 12” pizza instead of a 10” that I had asked for. She also charged me for the cost of a 10 oz instead of a 6 oz glass of wine that I had ordered. The glass of wine was also filthy, as if it hadn’t been washed. Food was very good, but the service was semi-criminal.

Long work day today working, didnt stop to ear breakfast or lunch.. I decided to eat early dinner here.. Ordered well done burger, came pink. Fries were not done, mushy and cold. Had to ask for another order of fries because I wasn't eating those. I ate the burger because I was hungry.

It took over hour to get 2 burgers and a kid pizza at 1:30 in the afternoon. People that arrived after us got food before we did. We were about to leave when the food came. We did not receive napkins, refills, or sauces. A young man that was not our server came to our aid when My husband flagged him down. The burgers were over cooked. Most disappointing experience we have had at this location.
