It was just okay. Ordered delivery and got the food in the time they said it'd be delivered, so that was a plus. The delivery guy was nice. The food was piping hot. All good so far. But then the actual food... First the good. the calamari app was tasty. I'd get that again. The chicken panang was okay. Nothing to write home about, but it was decent. I wouldn't be upset to eat that again. But the beef drunken noodles had pieces of beef that were essentially just fat and gristle, and flavor-wise it needed a lot more of something. IDK if the answer is salt or MSG, but something was missing. Same with the chicken tropical fried rice. There was very clearly something missing. It was just... bland. I wanted more something. I just can't tell you what that something is. Personally, if this was my first taste of Thai food, I'd never go back. But because I know how delicious it can be this just fell flat.

I was extremely satisfied with the remarkable customer service that I received after picking up some dinner at this restaurant a few weeks ago. The staff was extremely helpful along with taking the opportunity and time to explain the different dishes to me. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in the area Woodbridge Virginia. Food is very fresh and tasty.

We came in for the first time to dine in, but have been ordering take out for a long time from here. This is the best* thai spot in the area by far. Our family also all order from here when they're in town. Got our favorites, spring rolls (not pictured because we ate them too fast) summer roll, chicken pad thai, panang curry and rice, with thai tea. Everything is soo fresh -they are also very fast with getting your order out! We will be back!

They are open again! Siam was closed for several months because of a car accident... someone drove their car through the front door! This is one of our favorite Thai restaurants in the DMV (D.C.-Maryland-Virginia). It's a mom & pop setup with fantastic food and service. Each curry dish has its own authentic flavor, e.g. the green curry dish does not taste the same as the red curry. It should be a "no duh" but at other restaurants they sometimes taste all the same. So at Siam Bistro you can go through the entire menu and taste the difference of each dish. Whatever main dish you order, make sure you get a papaya salad. It's amazing! Also, get the Thai ice tea. The service is fantastic for both dine in and take out. Ask them to show you the pics of the accident. Not often you see a car in the middle of a restaurant!

It’s completely closed for now. Not sure if it’s permanent. Too bad. It was decent.

Great food with great service at very competitive prices. The pad Thai and sticky rice were outstanding. The Panang Curry was very good. We ate in the restaurant, but there was a lot of take out service.

Food is okay, we are from California and I think the Thai food there is maybe just different in color and in taste, not sure how but it is. I haven't found the perfect Thai place yet that I love. Thai places in VA are just different I think. We ordered the panang curry with shrimp and the red curry both were very different in texture and almost the same color.

Delivery service is excellent! Food is ok! The seemed to taste better when I had it delivered vs picking it up in person. My carry out meal was not not warm, seemed like they were skimpy on the Thai sauce and flavor. Despite that I still ate it; it's decent. Plus I was super hungry. Not 5 stars though Restaurant looks very nice inside; small and cozy. Appearance is clean Will I order again? Yes, just not frequently (was really hoping to have a Thai spot was on point every time) 2 out 3 orders were good

Ordered drunken noodles to go. One with shrimp and one with beef. Probably the worst drunken noodles I've ever had. Didn't even taste like it should. Will not be returning.
