Good customer service, but don't really feel food was fresh

Stop by at subway at Potomac Mills mall, my first impression was staff members aren’t wearing mask. I feel they should seen the food they serving is in front of them. Line was long there was only two people working it took 20 minutes before it was my turn! I will not come back unless this people are wearing mask!

Food poisoning for the whole family. I should have known when the meat was warm when I put it in my mouth on what should have been a cold sandwich. Entire family is sick they also forced you to buy medium drinks since no small cups. One napkin per sandwich which is impossible with kids. Stay away from here.

This subway is horrible. It is supposed to open at 10am on friday its 1215pm and tgr gate is still closed this is a horrible way to run a business the whole staff should be fired.

The good is usually really good. So today this is about service. The girls were whispering about my indecisiveness, like I go to Subway daily. Even McDonald's changes up & u gotta figure it out. Attitude just foul & talked over top my food so much I didn't eat it. Then when I showed my coupon she snatched my phone with the food grade gloves - who does that? ..and went back to making ppl sandwichesijsThen the 2nd girl/cashier sneezed out without covering while ringing me up...So disgustedBut Subways goods is usually good & restaurants are pretty clean, so can't give it a 1☆

Bad, I ate the Italian sub December 23 and I ended up in the hospital with a stomach virus December 24. Please fix this issue with old food being saved

There is a nice guy who works here but then there is a couple of women by the name of pasang who stood there and argued with me over a discount. Subways always offered a mall employee discount but this subway needs to do better. I will be calling Corp too.
