Extremely disappointed in the service of this subway. I asked the lady for a kids turkey and she gave me ham. I corrected her and she continued to move the ham and use the turkey on the same bread. I am Muslim and we don’t eat ham. I was close to telling her I didn’t want the sandwich anymore but I didn’t. All the girls were speaking Spanish and very unprofessional. Very upsetting.

Hi, I just ordered two pizzas for my kids on 6/14/2023 at 4:45. The pizzas were not baked all the way, you can smell the frozen food. The guy who was handed me the pizza looked very unprofessional.

100% solid experience. The place is well kept, and I've never had an issue here. The staff are chill even when I bumble my orders. Food is good too.

Worst subway ever. Placed an order on the app for delivery last night. When my order arrived I was missing part of it and both sandwiches were made wrong. I called multiple times to get it fixed and no one picked up the phone. I called the manager number at the bottom of receipt and received a callback today that they no longer own the subway for over a year now and they have been requesting new owners remove their number. I called store and reached someone who couldn't tell me when a manager was coming in to be able to speak with. I called just now 4 times in a row and finally got someone who stated manager wouldn't be I'm and that it's only 2 of them super busy can't answer phone. She also stated she couldn't give me a number for the owner or manager. I wasted 37 dollars here please don't utilize this establishment. It's very shameful.

I've been to many subways and this one is the best. The food always tastes good. When I use the app and preorder, they never mess it up. The cookies are usually fresh and soft (unlike the rock hard ones at many places, esp DC). The workers are very nice. The store is very clean. I wish all subways were like this one.

Worker accidentally added sweet onion teriyaki sauce to my sub that I did not ask for and then refused to replace the tuna that was devoured in it. She said she could not replace the tuna which to me is a safety hazard as I could have been trying to remove the sauce simply bc I could be allergic to it but for some reason she refused to replace it. Unreal. 1 star.

I got sick off my sandwich. I ordered a tuna sub in store around 11:45am Dec 2nd. Upon leaving the store, I decided to eat my sandwich in my car in the parking lot. After eating half the sandwich, I violently started vomiting uncontrollably for about 15 minutes straight. It was so bad that I burst a blood vessel, in my eye.After I was able to get myself together (some what), I called the store from my car and told them what happen. I also suggested that they may want to consider dumping the tuna out. The person who answered the phone told me they didn’t know what to tell me because the tuna was made that morning. They told me that a manger would call me back. I never received that call. My stomach is still queasy from that experience two days later.Never eating there again. Would give them less than one star if I could.

I've been coming here for a little over a year now because I work in the same shopping center. Today I went in and asked for my usual, a girl named Candice (I believe that was her name because when I asked her response was muffled, she said she always works in the mornings, this was at 1pm) began to make my sandwich incorrectly, she didn't use the same meat that I have always asked for after I had asked for it specifically then didn't put the bacon on it that comes with the sandwich. When I asked for her to make it correctly, the way that I had explained in the beginning, she dumped the meat back into the bin that serves everyone which in my opinion was unsanitary. She then began to argue with me on how to make my sandwich to which I had no idea why she was trying to argue, even after I told her to just make it the way she said. I just wanted the sandwich that I had been getting for a while now and had never had a problem until now. I've never had any issues with this location but this worker was very rude, tried to argue back and forth and raised her brows and rolled her eyes. The Customer service I received today is the reason I'm making this review.

I usually have a good experience at this restaurant but I had a disgustingly rude employer who gave me an attitude and messed up my sandwhich. When I took it home to eat, there were missing things inside as well as the person used the wrong sauce. On top of that, things were falling out. Is this a new employee? Because I am horrified and very close to contacting corporate if I don’t speak to owner. I want to speak to manager and I want a refund.

Went into today (July 7th) @ around 7:40 to pick up an order for 5 subs. There were two white girls working and honestly they did a phenomenal job. Subs were delicious and on point in every aspect. Not to mention that they also clearly labeled all the subs (with some detail), as dealing with 5 might be tricky sometimes. Those two girls honestly deserve some commendation!

My partner and I have been going to this subway for 3+ Years, and I have been getting the same 1ft long Steak and cheese. Today (June 28, 2021) we went towards the end of the day. Not only did I get the beautiful girl making my sandwich, and I didn't have the guts to ask for her number. So I will be going back soon and will hopefully get her number. The sandwich was good also.
