Good ribeye and sirloin.Would not recommend the ribs. Definitely not fall off the bone. Very tough

My wife and I went to this location for lunch today. We finally used our coupons from veterans day to have lunch today. The service was quick and very friendly. My wife and I both ordered the 6 inch sirloin with 2 sides. I chose the texas red chili and the loaded mashed potatoes. My steak was medium rare.My wife had the loaded baked potato and the mixed vegetables. Her steak was medium well. We also ordered the fried pickles.The fried pickles were good. The sides were great. But both steaks were some of the toughest steaks we have ever had from any steakhouse. I don't know what was wrong but clearly something happened.I have not seen any reviews recently talking about steaks being tough so I will assume this was a one off.
The atmosphere was upbeat and pleasant. My server was awesome, polite and courteous as well as patient.The food was u fortunately too salt, moreso the gravy was over seasoned and once you send it back to the kitchen you don't want a repeat attempt at what failed ? ?

I LOVE TEXAS ROADHOUSE. I love the rolls- whenever we come we always get 6-8 baskets they bring them so quick!!! The service is always really good. Last time Robin was our server. She was so sweet and attentive. I usually get the Sirloin with a house salad and it is delicious!! The brownie with ice cream is sooooo good. I love this location so much the hostess is always nice and the ambiance is amazing.

This is the best Texas Roadhouse in the area. It never disappoints. However my yummy butter was weirdly frozen and the waitress brought me a new one right away. I do think their buns/rolls needed to be cooked longer however I'm happy to say I didn't eat the whole bread basket My steak was cooked to perfection and the chicken was the same. Plus my meal looked just like the picture on the menu. This is one of the smaller TR in the 30 minutes of me however I always get exceptionally fantastic service even when dining by myself. Bathroom was clean but it could def go with a remodel. However I'm not sitting in the bathroom the whole time so I guess it really doesn't matter.

As a frequent visitor, the food is dependable and you get what you expect. Service is always a revolving door as they work on staff and turnover. Is it the best steak? No. Is it good for what you pay and reliable? Yes.

Came here for a date night one night and another time for my husband’s birthday. Every time we have gone the food is always so good, the rolls and butter are to die for! The way they celebrate your birthday here is so fun! A must try!

Busy Friday night. I think everyone came out to use the gift card they received for Christmas, lol. Our party of 3 was seated in about 20 minutes. Our server was great! The food was hot and delicious! The manager even stopped by our table to check on us.

My family and I love going to any Texas Roadhouse, but this one...... Let's just say it was very different. The server came over, and things started out well, but then things took a turn. We had to remind her of things we asked for or needed. Then, two of our orders came out wrong, and the young lady who brought the food out tried to convince me I was wrong. At the end of the meal, I just excused it as a bad moment. I left a tip, but nowhere near my normal.

My medium steak will was more like a well done steak but nevertheless overall service from the team was great...... no need to complain.
We love the Chantilly location, this place isn’t even in the same league. Terrible service from just checking in. Waitress took 10 mins to refill a water, couldn’t locate her to ask for extra dressing and had to ask a manager, they had an issue with a side of sweet potato and didn’t bring it out until the other person was almost done with her whole meal and on top of that, the sweet potato was still hard. Even my food wasn’t hot. Very disappointed when the manager apologized in a very “well what can you do” manner.I would advise anyone to skip this location.
The food was very salty and messed up my taste buds because of the breading of the fried foods, but the bread was pretty good. The cheese wasn't melting on my potato either because it was cold, and so was my burger. But the burger was pretty good though.
