Came in got greeted quickly but waited about 10 mins before the server came. She was an excellent server and once she came by she was very nice and frequently checked on us. They did not have most beers in stock and the draft they did have was flat.(except for thr miller lite which is 2$) ended up getting a bottle instead. The 2nd beer took 10+ mins even though this place is empty. Seems like the bar tender is more worried about socializing and having a good time rather than serving the guestFood came out quickly and was as good as it could be for a Friday's so no complaints. I won't be coming back here though

My husband and I went in they sat us and we didn’t wait long before the waitress Aaliyah came by. She came and asked for our drink order and if we wanted and apps. We received the spinach dip and it was perfect. From there the service went straight to h*ll. We ordered wings as well; NO PLATES, NO NAPKINS. I had to ask her to move the spinach dip plate that was clearly finished; out of our way. Then our food came out my chicken sandwich bread was soggy and didn’t have whiskey glaze like we ordered. It looked like it had bee just sitting. The fries had been over salted and HAD PEPPER ON THEM? She didn’t ask if we needed anything like ketchup; we had to ask for that too. My husband drink was empty she never asked did we want a refill. I had to tell her to bring him a refill. At that point I was BEYOND PISSED. Her attention was clearly at the men who were at a dinner party behind us. We asked he to bring the check she brought it out and honestly I didn’t wanna tip because my service was TRASH! And the food was TRASH! My husband told me we aren’t those type of people. So I tipped $5.00 because that the type of service I received after spending almost $70. PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR WAITERS & WAITRESS. THE COOKS IN THE BACK NEED RETRAINING AS WELL! Please do better!

Service was lackluster. The waitress brought out our appetizers without plates. The restaurant smelled old, of mildew and weed. The staff was playing and laughing loudly, which is fine if the service was good. I can not understand how our fries came out luke warm, and we were the only people dining in. We should've taken the hint when there were no cars in the parking lot on a FRIDAY!! We won't be back.

Terrible food and not so good customer service. No host showed up at the place to welcome us for around 10 mins. The place was deserted. The steak was so bad that I couldn’t even cut it. The rice and the mac and cheese were so salty!Used to love this place in Dubai!

Called at midnight (location closes at 1am) placed an order over the phone for pickup and was given 12:27am pick up time. I arrived at 12:30am on the dot and the doors were locked. I called and was transferred to store directly and the line rang over and over. I seen 2 ppl visibly and one comes to the front with a carry out bag but again no one answers phone or comes to the door. Complete waste of time and gas. Then I see the entire restaurant leave at approx 12:43am. If you are going to close earlier than it says online and what’s displayed on the window then please do not allow customers to place orders after a certain time. This you would think would be very simple and common sense. And I personally think they made my food and took it home because I seen someone leave with a to-go bag. Could be wrong but I guess we will never know. Poor service

I had the absolute worst experience at TGI Friday's in Woodbridge, Virginia. We arrived at 7:45 on a Saturday evening, and despite there being only a few patrons in the restaurant, we sat there like invisible customers for a full 15 minutes. Not a single waiter or waitress even bothered to acknowledge our existence. It was as if we were in a ghost town, not a restaurant.We watched servers walk by our table multiple times, each time completely ignoring us. It's beyond comprehension how a restaurant can have such a blatant disregard for their customers. This level of neglect and indifference is absolutely unacceptable.Needless to say, I will never set foot in this TGI Friday's location again. If you value your time and expect even the most basic level of service, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this establishment. It's a disgrace to the TGI Friday's brand.

First and last time visiting the place, when we entered the place it smelled like a public restroom, my kids ordered chicken fingers with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese which were too salty, I ordered chicken and beef fajitas which were OK but to be honest we didn't like the quality of the food.

We ordered delivery from this restaurant. The food was cold and hard, especially the sesame chicken - hard as a rock! Lesson learned. See attached photo of mozzarella stick with no cheese.Update 9-16-2023 I called the manager after he sent me an email. He was not there so I spoke to the manager in charge on Sept. 14 who said he would call me back in the morning and never heard from him.

Thanks to our server for having a great attitude! Food was good...but the drinks are not worth it. An old fashioned is not half a glass of simple syrup and a long island should not taste like lemonade. I used to be a big Fridays advocate, but I'm debating if I'll go in one or just order online.

Our server was very sweet and nice but the food I ordered was not good. Not sure if it’s just this location but I order the “Whisky Glazed Sampler” and the chicken was rock solid.. my knife wouldn’t even go through it. Other options on the menu are probably good, but I was so disappointed on how hard the chicken was I lost my appetite and stopped eating it even after the server replaced the chicken with boneless chicken in hopes of it being better.. it wasn’t the boneless chicken was even rock solid and left a nasty old grease taste in your mouth.

Food was very good. That sweet whiskey sauce is still amazing (Jack Daniels)The service was friendly and very fast. The seats were completely torn up which is the only reason I can't give 5 stars. It was really bad. I'm talkng HUGE tears all over the booth we were seated in.

We walked in and placed our order for food, and when we got the mozzarella sticks, there was a tiny bug friend in the bowl.Yeah, we left shortly after that lol
