Was seated at the bar in a booth. Two servers and the manager walked by our table within 15 minutes. We ended up getting up and leaving. Because neither of them asked us if we wanted a drink, food, maybe some silverware? Nope we were ignored. What a shame because their food is good. No excuses. There were maybe 4 other people in the restaurant eating. Poor customer service, will not be coming back! Ya lost a good one steakhouse.

I am just so tired of paying good money for food and getting crap in return. I ordered the chicken tenders entree and the coconut shrimp entree. The shrimp "entree" came with 6 shrimp...period. nothing else. $13 The chicken tenders came with fries..... I literally could count how many there were......15, fifteen stupid fries. $14 $27 for enough food for a couple kids..... maybe! Ridiculous My sister gets food here too and at least 50% of the time they don't get the order correct. No more All American Steak House. Not worth my time or my money.

The Service here was very slow, we sat for 45 mins at the table before our food came. Then they didn't cook the steaks right. And they almost cross contaminated my food. Only good thing about this place was the hostess that sat us, and the big screens to watch sports on.

Had the worst experience ever today, and definitely won't be coming back, Hoodbridge is becoming just bad to go out and eat. Alexandria is far, but if I'm gonna waste time waiting, I rather do it at a much better place and restaurant. In June I kept going to Arlington, Reston Town Center, Falls Church, Annandale, two weeks vacation and not a single issue in those places/restaurants, but in Hoodbridge? It's just bad everywhere. Chuy's? Haven't been there since January.......And so many others I don't bother going, Uncle Julios, Firebirds, El Paso, many others. AASH, likely won't be coming back, hate it when they go out of their way to show that just because you're in a group of people YOU'RE more important. At least I didn't leave the $20+ I used to leave, just paid for food and $4.95 tip, but should've left no tip at all.

A hidden treasure. I was a bit skeptical because of the 3 stars and hardly any pictures. My husband and I went there to watch a football game and I think I'll be back for the Monteray chicken salad (fried when asked for chicken). The buttermilk herb dressing is fire. 10/10. The server was great! We didn't like the steak queso dip (too salty) but the manager was really nice enough to let us know of alternatives we could choose from. Ask what your server recommends, you will never be disappointed.

I love this place. I'm from Georgetown, De. and I visit at least twice a month. All American Steak House has the best blacken chicken pasta that I have ever tasted. It's worth the drive. Sitting in the sports bar area is amazing especially if you like sports. I recommend you try this place you will not be disappointed.

Food was great. I came here and ordered a burger, some chili, and root beer... order less because the servings are American. The bathrooms are very clean and our waitress was very polite. Food service was very quick too.
We ordered two steak and cheese subs to go and they were the worst steak and cheese subs we’ve ever had. The meat was chewy and dry with pockets of fat. Never again!

My boyfriend and I chose this place at the last minute. When you walk in the lighting is Way to dim and it's kinda dark. The service is actually really good and the staff is friendly. The house wine is really good too. My issue is with the food. The bread rolls they give you are kinda bland and in need of some flavor. I got the sirloin steak with "steamed" broccoli and mashed potatoes (no gravy). The steak seems to be a bit over seasoned and was kinda tough. The broccoli which they claimed was "steamed" was raw and only mildly heated up and not seasoned at all. The mashed potatoes were ok but highly lacking a gravy. All American was always hit or miss before, but they were so far from getting it right this time that I won't be going back again.

Our server was great. The hospitality staff were great as well. My wife and my coworker had issues with their burger and steak either being over cooked or under cooked to their liking. We've eaten there before before the pandemic. I'd still go back again. My food was cooked to perfection. I had a steak and two sides. One of my sides came late. I'm hoping that post pandemic they're just trying to find the rhythm they use to have. Give them a try. I still think they're worth it ?
