I just had the most fantastic time at the Cheesecake Factory with my family, and I wanted to share my experience with you. We had an absolute blast there, and the food was delicious! But, I have to tell you, our waiter Christian C. was an absolute delight! He was sweet, knew everything about the menu, and made our visit special. We had such a great time that we're already planning our next visit to the restaurant. A big shoutout to Christian for making our dinner unforgettable!

I ordered my food on DoorDash. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi and Steak Diane combo and asked for everything separately because I’m pregnant and that’s the only way I can eat it. And everything was separate like I asked!! I was so happy and surprised. It was literally the best. 10/10!!

Had to wait for the server for a long whileI had to get another server to go get herMy Orange Chicken was dry not hardly no sauceSo, no taste there food I tasted was blan to taste needs more flavor even the Salmon that my daughter ordered and the noodles my grandson got was watery no taste like diet and that's not the menu we ordered off that's a different menu thereSo, it's not for all peopleLike the ones who like flavorful food

The tropical smoothie was delicious, smooth, and full of flavor. I ordered the grilled fish tacos; the fish was not flaky. My daughter loved the fried Mac and cheese; the outside was nice and crispy.

Jose was knowledgeable and courteous and honest I left a 250 pair of sunglasses and he made sure I didn’t leave without
I ordered a pickup order…only to get home and there were 2 ingredients that I specifically modified for removal and they were placed in the dish anyway. This is not the first time this has happened. However when I called to address it the manager did not try to help in anyway but insisted that if I wanted the dish remade or a refund that I would have to bring the messed up dish back down before she would do anything to rectify the situation. She also tried to insult my intelligence by saying that it’s made with red peppers so it looks like tomatoes but it’s not. I think I know the difference between the two…especially since it’s something that I steer clear of. Not helpful at all.

Me and my wife stopped in during happy hour, the drinks and food were good and the bar tender was nice. The problem we had is when we walked into the bar area there was a couple at the bar with their young children, in total using five seats 4 they were using one they held for someone who showed up. Why has it become ok to let children sit at the bar? We sat at the short table at the end until a couple next to us left, there was another guy walking around carry a drink but he left, I also observed other people walk in look around and leave.

The service here is pretty bad. I’m here by myself early Tuesday evening and the place is dead. I was never seated even though I was put on a list. After 15 mins I decided to sit in the bar area. Took another 15 mins just to get a drink and some bread. Again the place is not even busy right now. Thirty mins later still haven’t been paged a seat is ready for me and still no food in an empty restaurant.
