The customer service is terrible! Myself and others consider me to be bubbly and an all around happy person, but when I approached the cashier he rolled his eyes and didn't seem too pleased that I had questions about the menu.I guess the food makes up for the service...

This place is in the food court of Potomac Mills Outlet Mall. Their generous portions are very filling. Paneer Makani was rich and delicious with excellent fluffy naans. Very reasonable rates too.

Ordered 15 Nan, 10 of them had charcoal stuck to the back. I know it’s possible that the clay oven is breaking but even so, the cook should check the back of each Nan and remove it before packing to be served to the customer. Hopefully they do something about it because if not, there are many other options.

The butter chicken and garlic naan bread was really good! I liked the sides too. Customer service not so much. The cashier was squatting behind the counter. How are you going to provide any service by hiding? Whoever owns this is doing a disservice by hiring people like that. Good thing the food makes up for it.

Food was great! But As I approach the restaurant, the cashier goes to the back hiding. I then return few secs to order, cashier approaches me with rude manners while trying to order food. While ordering food the cashier keeps looking away while getting my food ready for me to pay. Overall food was spot on but the cashiers needs lesson how to attend new customers

Worst customer service. The Spanish guy (I am Hispanic so nothing against Hispanics) was pointing at things as if he or we were deaf. I asked if he could hear us because he had his earphones in both ears. He said I couldn't get chickpeas but then gave them to me and charged me $2.99 extra. I didn't care for any of the other sides as my 3rd so I actually paid more since they saved the 3rd side. I should have gotten at least a credit for the side I didn't get and maybe paid half for the chickpeas but again there was no communication and he acted as if we were botherig him. When I sat down to eat, I realized I was missing my nan, he never asked if I wanted nan and to be hones, I was already so uncomfortable at the situation. He didn't offer any of the sauces that comes with the order and when I saw that the nan was an additional $2.99 I opted out. Never eating here again, expensive lesson. Going back to Taste of Tandoor restaurant just down the street where service is top notch!!! Oh and I paid almost $20 with a water.

I work in the mall my second time eating there, both times horrible service, I have never seen worst customer service than here, will never eat here again, sorry. They give whatever they want no what the order said is just one of the things, horrible.
If you enjoy spicy food, you have your spot. The prices are reasonable, and the food is fresh and flavorful. Nice size portions.

Ok so this is a mall food court spot BUT the nitter chiken with spicy garlic suace and pickled onions on the side was ON POINT! Generous portion, rice was perfect texture and the seasoning was legit!I did not try the naam bread but it looked fresh. I'll definitely give it a try next time because this will be my only spot to eat at the mall from now on!

Food is so so good but costumer service so rude and portions are way too small. When i go to potomac mills i always gets my favorite butter chicken and lamb. Which is two time in a month. The lady ( i think she is a new. I never saw her before) she only speak spanish lol… she barely understand what I said. I was trying to get Two portion meal and she put the rice in the large container and meats she put 3pcs meat each portion also she trying to charge extra both meat and no naan bread. And i asked why she charge extra for the meat she said she always charge like that. Isn’t TWO PORTION MEANS 2 different kind meats including the $14.99? So sad… no more this location and not recommended.
