I accidentally placed a mobile order at this location, and I called 2 minutes after and asked for a refund/ to cancel my order The "Manager" named" IsabelClaims no refund because thats my fault and the order was already made.She didn't want to give. Me her name because shes the manager and doesn't have to give me her name . She said she has to call corporate to refund my order and could take up to 30 days ...worst service ive ever had in my life

Tropical smoothie is always great, just hard to communicate with a memeber of staff when they don't speak English and pretend to understand. Just as Spanish speaking customers deserve to be understood so do I.

I got the sunrise sunset smoothie and I’m hooked! I can drink this everyday. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. They have a lot of healthy options like adding honey instead of sugar to the smoothies and add ons like B12 and fat burner. This store was very accessible and has a lot of parking. Can’t wait to come back!
