My wife and I decided to try Wayback Burger in Woodbridge, VA. First, I tried calling several times on the store number to ask something. However, after two rings someone kept disconnecting. However, I still went to the store and literally three people were working and just on their phones. There was not a single customer inside. I asked why was someone not answering the phone and they had nothing to say about it.Anyways I ordered the BLT chicken sandwich and my wife ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. I have tasted way better burgers than this. The food was disgusting and had no taste. I seriously think we got food poisoning. Do not waste your time and money at this place. Owner doesn’t have any idea to run his business. Employees are completely unaware of customer service zero courtesy to greet. when I asked I was calling to place my order but my phone was keep disconnecting by you guys No apologies on their side. I asked who is in charge all 3 employees looking each other and said no one. I don’t know what kind of operations they are doing.No taste in burgers over cooked thin chicken all I can say it’s a big time mistake I made it going there. I wish if it’s there negative stars I love to give them. That management deserves it.

The price was so high we ordered 2 burgers and a kids burger for 81 dollars!? Ive never had such a bad experience in a restaurant before. They say the burgers are fresh but by the time they got to us they were cold. We waited around 15-20 minutes. Dont come here and waste your money. The only okay thing was the milkshakes. This was such a horrible experience and we'll never return. This is honestly outrageous,how dare you have a review website and then delete the review?This is my second review on this place.Secondly I called 3 times and nobody answered the phone,so I left a message and they said they'd get back the next morning...nobody did.My boyfriend called 5 times and they finally picked up and nobody called back the next day.The "manager" didn't even know what to do he instructed he was going to call.When we complained he said "I'll ask my girls"for Gods sake!This whole place is a joke.keep in mind we had to throw out the food and spent 81 dollars. After the lady manager finally answered the phone today and said she couldn't do anything about the whole situation,she gave my boyfriend the number of the owner of the store so he'd fix the problem...we were talking to them for about 1 hour on and off were the owner would just hang up the phone.They said they had a policy where they don't give refunds unless you have the paper receipt, so we asked in what clause it was in and the owner wouldn't answer.After all that he made my boyfriend drive all the way to the store because they were going to give him a refund,but instead they called the police and said they couldn't do anything.They called the police to intimidate him.This is a huge lawsuit.They need to get new management and workers.

Went here for dinner after spending the day on the road.The burgers were made fresh. The over all tasted was average. The fries were very good. Order shakes and they were good, but beware they charge extra for whip cream on top. The over cost for two burgers, 1 fry, and 2 shakes $44, not to surprising with today costs.
