I went to the Wendy's before the news came out about dynamic pricing. I completely disagree with dynamic pricing in any service or amenity. It is the equivalent of bait and switch. A customer may know ahead of time, but it's the same thing whether it's a Tuesday or a Friday or noon 5 o'clock or two o'clock in the afternoon. Us American consumers need to need to stand up and take our power back.

Came at 1130 pm. I u derstand you close at 12 but that's no excuse for bad service. 1st I was told they had no Soda. Ok. Fine. So I orders 2 Biggi Bags with water. I wanted to upgrade to Baconator Fries. Then I was told they had no cheese. Ok again. Got my food and drove across the street. Fries were cold and hard. Nuggets were ice cold and tough. The chicken sandwich was a cold rock hard chicken. And a hard bun. No mayo. I was charged $13. If your gonna sell cold food at end of night at least give a discount.

Every single time I order the chicken sandwich I receive a burger. CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE THEY JUST CANT SEEM TO GET AN ORDER RIGHT. I get all the way home and can't eat because I guess people choose not to read. How hard is it????? Seriously

First time using this Wendy’s other than our regular Wendy’s due to the app saying it was closer. Long line but understandable because close to the mall. Pulled up to the window and was given an order, then another employee came and said take it back because it was wrong. Then they handed our family our order but sealed shut. The receipt was accurate and there was a long line behind us so we returned home. When we got home there were missing items. Couldn’t find a way to report on the app so called. Talked to one employee and she made it seem like not their problem, then transferred to another. They laughed about the situation and said nothing they could do but have the missing items ready and come back. I explained with traffic it was more than 20 minutes to return, they said that was the best they could offer. No customer service and the laugh is why I’m leaving a review. We all have long days, but no accountability. Very disheartening and will not return.
