I really wanted to post zero stars for the service and the lack of remediation in correcting the problem. I placed an order in which my order wasn’t completed. I was missing my sides in which I paid for the meal. I had driven home and opened my back and was missing my paid for item. I called the store and spoke with a gentlemen who stated he was the general manager. His solution to the inconvenience as well as me not receiving what I paid monetary funds for , was to give me the one item once I returned and a 10% discount off a new order. I figured this would most benefit him because I would need to buy something again for a discount and wasted gas just to pick up what was supposed to be in my order in the first place. The management is very low budget and subpar. I could tell by the response that the manager wasn’t a manager and didn’t know how to keep customers based on his response. I asked to speak with the owner in which he stated he was not there. I asked for the owners information and the GM advised me to google it and told me I could take it up with corporate. I guess because they are used to disrespectful customers he started to talk over my concerns and ignore how it could be fixed. I am a paying customer so nothing was given for free and what I paid for was not received. When someone orders something they seek to receive it as well as not have to drive back up and waste gas on 10% of a order that they wasn’t filled. I will be filing a corporate complaint on the Manager and filing the charge as fraud with my band since the services were not received in full for what was paid for on the visit. They will not get future service from me nor will I use or recommend that wing stop. They are rude unprofessional and clearly poorly managed. The GM should be replaced or retrained on customer compliance and customer relations as well as how to engage adults whom pay for a service and quality of food.

It's important to clean up around your place of business. The sidewalk/curb and parking lot was full of trash. Please keep the community CLEAN.

I paid $14 for 10 wings and was told that I needed to pay an extra $1.64 for blue cheese dressing. When asked why the dressing didn’t come w/ the wings they stated I had to order the combo. The dressing goes with the wings not the fries or the drink. SMH all this penny pinching is going to drive customers away.

The food is really delicious from here. Two main concerns, though. 1. Last time we went, we asked for fresh fries because the ones they gave us were cold and I had to ask my mom to go check to make sure they didn’t dip the old ones back into the frier. My mom proceeded to watch and told me it looked like the lady was going to put the fries back in (as I predicted bc I know how people are having worked food), she stopped in her tracks seeing my mom was watching and proceeded to then decide to put down fresh fries. Another issue is that they generally don’t use gloves and I hear of this at many wingstop locations. I can see why not but it’s gross considering the amount of things we do with our hands and the risks that poses with people’s food. All in all, just letting yall know.
