Stopped here for dinner & arrived at entrance where a sign at open to restaurant stated they only had 2 servers & 1 cook and apologizing for the inconvenience. We were seated and the waitress gave us a few minutes to review the menu. Ordered Grand Slams & orange juice. Orange juice came out watery & she apologized as the machine ran out of mix & they were thawing more out. We passed. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time & it was hot. Great customer service! We stopped for fuel; we are full time RVers. We also used the free RV dump station. Thank you! As we were getting ready to leave we noticed something seriously awry with our tow mechanism. We went inside to ask for any possibilities for repair. Ricky pulled a business card out of his pocket and offered it to us. We copied the name, also Ricky, and the phone #. After calling the Ricky on the card we went to his place of business. Across all of the Flying J's I've come across this is by far one of my favorites. Bathrooms are always in tip-top shape, the food is actually good here, and the staff is super helpful and friendly, especially Marybeth. She goes the extra mile and you can tell she cares about her store and her customers. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
