I ordered the Mississippi peacemaker but I got the pit master. I don't know if it's because the waitress misheard me (peacemaker could have been misheard for pit master) but I just assumed they forgot a few ingredients and didn't notice until I got my online receipt. I'm upset because the pit master was more expensive and not what I wanted. The coleslaw also did not taste right and the potato salad was just roughly made mashed potatoes. My boyfriend said his brisket was dry too. The pit master was pretty good though but I'm just upset I didn't get what I ordered.

Great food and awesome hospitality. Hard to beat their pulled pork. Huge mark-up on alcoholic drinks.

There are maybe two or three barbeque restaurants located within a few miles from me. They all are really good, but the one I visited last weekend is definitely one of the three best in my area - the County Grill & Smokehouse. There are two locations of this restaurant, actually. Both have the same quality food and service, but the one I am referring to is located in Yorktown, Virginia. My Grubbing Buddy and I went on a rainy day and used a County Grill gift card that a good friend gave us as a "thank you." The food smelled incredible as we walked in, and we were immediately seated, though it was pretty crowded at the time. I ordered one of their specialty beers, which was different, but not bad at all. From the menu, I ordered the "Pick 2" half BBQ chicken and half rack of St. Louis style Ribs. My Grubbing Buddy had the house special of two large deep-fried pork chops with a side of gravy. Our sides were similar: collard greens, mixed veggies and mac and cheese. Both our waiter and our hostess were wonderful and very attentive, and the food and drinks were incredible. This is one place we plan to visit again and again.

We used county grill for catering at our wedding. Cassie was amazing to work with, very friendly and nice! She gave great suggestions and we were able to feed out 120 guests without breaking the budget and EVERYONE enjoyed the food and are asking where we catered from. County grill has a special place in our hearts because we would stop by almost every time we come into town to visit. Thank you for being part of our big day.

The food was delicious. The beef brisket was very lean and tasty! The coleslaw was on point and the baked beans were absolutely amazing! Great service!

Totally disappointed with my experience today. Was greeted by a gracious host which was followed by a horrible and discourteous waiter named Autumn. While I loved the food the service was lacking and deplorable. I've never been treated so rudely. I expressed my concerns with the manger Joe who offered compensation but I declined. I extended grace because maybe she was having a bad day, nonetheless... I'll be taking a break to regroup and maybe give them a try in the far future.

Great service from very friendly staff considering they were extremely busy in a place set to hang out and enjoy time with friends. There's plenty of free parking so there's no reason not to go. The food is decent although I think the flavors are off. My Reuben seemed a bit salty although the flavor itself was good. The collard greens had no flavor so I didn't finish them and the roasted vegetables were so so. My wife's ribeye was cooked well and was flavorful but she wasn't keen on her potato salad.

We had a larger group in a side room and they took very good care of us. The menu was larger than I expected and large portions you won't go hungry I ordered: Pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and fries

if that was a ribeye i got i was not good at all... i think it was a sirloin and extremely dry not good at all...no way it was a ribeye!!!! And it was 24$ for a 12oz steak or whatever it was...plus 2 dollars extra for a salad for a side! just being up front... sorry to say!

Wings are to die for. Saying that Tuesday is wing day buy 5 get 5, buy 10 get 10, free etc. Check it out you won't be disappointed.

Excellent comfort food. We go as a family often. The BBQ shrimp is a he best I ever had and the wings are not far behind. If you are looking for a casual place with really good food this is the place.

As a pescatarian, I am grateful that County Grill has a Tuna steak on the menu. Sometimes I get it blackened and other times just grilled. I order it medium and usually comes out right, but it doesn't bother me to eat it on the medium rare or well side. The fries and slaw are always good for sides as are the cornmeal muffins. My friends get either the pulled pork or chicken and no one has ever complained!

My absolute favorite place for barbecue food! The servers are always vibrant and provide a good quality service. I love how they have specials throughout the week and the prices are great! And i jus can't get enough of their corn muffins! The absolute best hands down!

If I could put zero stars I would. Was greeted by a nice young man who sat us down near the back wall. We had sat there looking at the menu for over twenty minutes and no one had come to our table. There was maybe twenty or so people enjoying their food but the servers never came to even ask us for our drink order. The waiters walked back out from the back and walked over to three different tables and asked if they needed anything. One of which was right behind our table. My family and I got up out of our seats and walked out. I will not be back to the establishment.
