Best biscuits and gravy! Bethi made the experience amazing. She is professional, efficient, and kind. The rest of the team also did an amazing job fulfilling so many orders at once with such an amazing ability to be efficient, patient, and professional. They seem to work VERY well together, and this unity creates such a pleasant atmosphere that was memorable. I was impressed!

It was about 9:30am on Sunday. Our egg and cheese biscuit was great. They were very busy. All the workers must be commend for their hard work and fantastic job they did. There was a man waiting for his order when we arrived. We received our food and he came up and told the cashier that he needed to be at somewhere soon. They finally had his order ready, it was about 60 or so breakfast sandwiches. Again Hardee's employees Fantastic Job!

I gave 2 stars because the food was fresh and it tasted good.. but the service is lacking hard.. we went there yesterday (2/12/23) and ate in.. we got to the front and looked at the menu.. there were 2 employees standing at 2 registers.. we didn’t know which person to go to to order.. the employee wearing a Scooby Doo t-shirt and a headset looked at us and said “Well I’m waiting on you” with this unnecessary hostile tone.. So we ordered and I asked for no tomatoes or ketchup on the Frisco burger as I am allergic to tomatoes.. she put the order in and I saw on the screen where it said our order and saw that it didn’t have no ketchup in the specifications.. I asked her if she could please make sure there was no ketchup on the sandwich and she said “uh well that burger doesn’t come with ketchup but I’ll tell him (the cook I’m assuming) not to put ketchup on it.. she told him and he said something to her I couldn’t hear.. she answered back to him “I know we don’t have ketchup I don’t know”.. and all the while she’s loudly complaining about another employee who was apparently absent that day.. I just felt like she had a horrible attitude and didn’t represent the company well.. I was not once rude to her and did not deserve that level of animosity.. please be better at treating people how you’d like to be treated

Service is speedy, accurate, courteous at this Hardee's store. A shout out to Morgan who welcomed and waited on us this morning! Hardee's in Kiln Creek is a good choice for breakfast. Well-managed. Excellent value all around.

The girl at this place was so sweet and patient. I believe she needs to find herself, a job where She can be proud of the food. She's handing to people. they handed me a double cheeseburger for $6 that was microwaved. The meat was microwaved from the day before. I guess cause it was 11 o'clock when I ordered it. So nasty it is so sad I am very disappointed in hardees.

I ordered 3 number 5's double and told that price. But when I got to the window was rung up for 3 pain cheese burger singles and charged for the singles. At least I was charged for what I was given but it was not at all what I ordered.

I ate breakfast here this morning and the staff was slow and the supervisor was rude and unprofessional. It took them about 12 minutes to get me my food and when I reminded the cashier of my order, the supervisor yelled from the grill something like "IF THEY CAN'T BE PATIENT CAUSE WE ARE SHORT ON PEOPLE THEY JUST NEED TO HANDLE IT". The supervisor should have had the cashier tell customers when they ordered that they were under staffed and there would be a delay, rather than acting like a spoiled 5 year old.

Service was slow. Dining room was dirty and messy. Spills were not cleaned up. Staff was yelling at each other that made be uncomfortable. I will not be returning.
