My favorite chicken fast food place. It might be because of the dipping sauce. But their food is always tasty, fresh, and hot. I don't believe I ever had it any other way... Whether dining in or drive through. We usually get the three or four piece box which includes a drink for around 10 to 12 dollars. Every person I have introduced to Cane's has loved it and become a semi regular. The people are most often very friendly. The restroom is always clean. The atmosphere is not overpowering. They play music but people are talking normal where you can hear the person you came with. Good experience always.
Arrived and the line of vehicles was out past the entrance, finally made it to the menu/order mic and the cashier was nice but kept forgetting what I wanted, arrived to the window where I waited to even have the window open for atleast 5 minutes. There were 2 workers there slowly doing things every now and then but didn't open the window until those 5 mins or so were up. They then finally took my card, didn't give me the drink, and told me I had to change a side for something else when they could've done so or atleast acknowledged me while waiting and took my card earlier. Ridiculous. Chicken comparable to zaxbys. Go to Chikfila or Popeyes where they'll atleast fry it right and talk to you right.

So, this is good food and all, but the mobile ordering should be able to be picked up through drive through. Which it isn’t. Curbside and drive thru were unavailable when ordered and those of us who have kids can’t just leave the car. Make that available for future efficiency. Ordering ahead is a huge convenient way to get food to people but if they can’t do that and also pick it up without leaving their car, it kinda negates the convenience of not having to wait for it to be prepared.

First time stopping by to try out the restaurant and the place was vibrant and clean. Time of day maybe but the person taking orders seemed disinterested. The food came out super fresh and hot.

I had to find dinner for 4 adults. This Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers eatery was the closest available establishment. I ordered off the catering menu. Chicken fingers, fries and lemonade were my choices. The family was happy with the meal. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good and tasty.
