I would definitely recommend not eating here? saw one of the workers vaping in the store and I think vaping in that kind of environment is disgusting, they might as well be smoking a cigarette ?

If I could I’d give it zero stars. This use to be a nice place to go but it’s definitely gone downhill. The last time I went in there every table in the place was filthy and that included the chairs that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The floors weren’t much better. At the time I went in there it hadn’t even been opened that long and at that point, we were the only customers in there, so there wasn’t any excuse for every table to be that dirty. They had two young teenagers working back there that really didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The sandwich I got was cold and put together sloppy. Even after they did our order, nobody even attempted to come out there and try to clean the place up. The managers or whoever owns this place really needs to step it up because I don’t plan on going back anytime soon and if I do and it looks like that again I’m going to just walk right out the door.

Sandwich was sooo good! Made perfectly, Manager was super friendly as well as a very sweet (and handsome) young man. Definitely revisiting :)!

Terrible and very disrespectful!! Two "thugs" working behind the counter on 11 Jan 2024 (5:30 PM). As I approached the counter, I acknowledged the staff member and asked how he was doing, his response was "I need to get paid, yo" ..I just replied back "So do I" .. he continued to chat with his coworker. I just walked out the door. You guys can do better than this. Typically good service around noon at this place. Totally uncalled for.

I used to come here regularly after my workouts, but not anymore. I stopped by around 11, but the door was locked, with no indication as to why. I know staffing can be challenging sometimes, but this lack of communication is what caused them to lose a customer.

Colby work the counter by himself and waited on each customer with patience and impeccable service! My order was done in a timely fashion. Even the costumers were patient as well great atmosphere. Colby was kind and have great people skill.

I would not ever recommend going here I have never been so sick I ate this for lunch and had to take two days off of work due to food poisoning. Was Intermittent fasting so the was the first thing I ate. There was a kid running around behind the counter and when I called the store they told me it couldn't be food poisoning because it takes 24 hours for it to take effect. Def not true the ER stated otherwise. DO NOT EAT HERE

On a pretty Sunday afternoon, Sophia and I traveled here to pick up some sandwiches for lunch. We both ordered online so all we had to do is just come in and pick up from the 'to-go' area. Inside, it was pretty clean with a few customers who were actually on their way out. After picking up our orders, which were the only ones, the Subway worker said have a nice day. Thumbs up.I ordered a footlong Spicy Italian sub with veggies, Pepperjack cheese and mustard. Good as always. I did notice that the bread did taste a little hard, but then again it was toasted. I actually couldn't eat it all so I saved the other half for lunch at work the following day and it was good as well.I say it was a good trip here to order some chow. This definitely won't be the last time we'll be here. Till next time :)

The place was ran by teenagers. The guy that made my sandwich had girls in the back that did not work for subway. Also, he invited more friends in the back and did not pay any attention to the curbside order that waited 30min. Not only was the table dirty, but when we needed assistance there was no one to be find. Do not eat at this subway!

Placed and online order at 1130a for 2dz cookies, 1 flavor. Upon arrival at the pu time of 230p I was told there “wasn’t enough and could pick from the box” to fulfill the rest. When this was declined the employee scoffed and said it would be a few minutes because they “had to make more now. “ 1) I should never have had an offer to fulfill an order from old product. 2) if this was too much to do then I should have been notified and offered other options or the opportunity to take my business elsewhere. This was the ONLY request for a child’s birthday. Of the 25 I ordered I received 24. Of that only 9 were whole. The rest were pieces of cookies due to the way they were boxed. I paid and tipped (25%) as well as provided hours notice for a simple order. I was told regular orders are submitted to them with 15min notice and understand the franchise had nothing to do with that end. BUT there were definitely ways to manage the shortcomings- instead the situation was made worse. I will neither patron nor recommend this business.

There were kids in the restaurant with subway smocks and hats on, and it was cute until they got behind the counter and started touching items needed to make sandwiches and getting pitchers of ice from the fountain. The children were running around the store with no shoes on.. wouldn’t be a big issue if they were in the seating area for customers but the fact that they were going in the back where the food is prepared with no shoes. Very unsanitary. I understand it is spring break and childcare may be hard to find and you have to do what you have to do at times, but if your children are going to be at work with you they should not be seen the way myself and the other customers saw them today.

The subway in Klin Creek is the only one in Hampton roads I go to and I have been to many in this area. It is the only one with quality service and customer friendly. You get what you ask for...The manager is exceptional. She is customer friendly and keeps the food area clean and stocked. She gets to know her customers and always greets them with a smile and makes sure her staff is courteous and gives the customer great service with each order.

Literally the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever encountered. I was there with my son to get a sub. We waited at least 5 minutes to be helped there were two people in front of us the person. Making subs was clearly new. There was another employee there but on the phone. When it was our turn we asked if the subs were BOGO he said yes so I told my son to order two of the same sub one for tomorrow. My son ordered a simple tuna with pickles and replied yes sir to the employees questions about the sub. We got to check out and the other employee gave the total I asked aren’t they BOGO and she said that’s only my online. I said I asked before we started and her response was “he’s new so he wouldn’t know”. I asked how to fix it we didn’t need two subs and she replied “I already told you it was his first day.” I replied that’s not my fault and she said “then I don’t need to serve you and removed the food from the counter.” I asked what the problem was and she said I’m not serving you. I knew if I made any other arguments I would be a “Karen” I asked for the managers number she told me it was on the door.There must be cameras there to observe the interaction I never raised my voice or was rude in anyway. I was with my 13 year old who was just as baffled as I was by the experience. This was the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I am still in disbelief that it even occurred.

Not a bad spot to pop in for a quick sandwich, but management should consider hiring more staff and not overload its workers, especially during rush hours. the staff not only has to deal with the customers in the establishment but also the online orders and having just two people during lunch is a recipe for disaster. If you find yourself in a situation where the staff is rushing and forgets to add more stuff to your order, be patient, curious and polite. Remember they are overworked and trying their best. 2 stars just because management sucks.
