As a past team lead for this place, I can honestly understand the low reviews. The problem with this place is the training. I was only there for a little over a month and had little to no training behind the counter and was expected to run it anyways, whether by myself or with another person as new as me. They don’t care how long you have to wait because they’re hidden in their back managers office away from the mayhem. I got yelled at unprofessionally for turning mobile off when it was only me and someone else that was new. I quit at that point!! The manager of Price Chopper calls the shots at Starbucks and cares less if we are trained properly, he says if there’s 2 ppl mobile stays on, whether trained or not!!! That is why it takes so long to get your orders!! I read the reviews and trust me , it isn’t the workers fault, they tried throwing me under the bus but I quit.!! Leigh Ann who works there now, is always on her phone and causes a lot of drama and gossip amongst the coworkers as well, I say make her manager, watch it sink more!!! I have other options of employers who would never yell at me unprofessionally, or let the drama go on the way it does there. Way better places to work!!!

30 minutes to wait for a coffee because they're severely understaffed and under trained. The barista even said her coworkers abandoned her and she was the only one making drinks. Absolutely rediculous.

The employees are always in a bad mood. They don’t care to talk to you or be polite if you ask a question. It’s like they’re already in disgust with you before you approach them! Everytime I’ve gone for the last 2 years that’s been the case. There’s almost never a line and yet you have to wait 30 minutes for one coffee. They’re ALWAYS out of items - even cups and instead we get Coca Cola cups… The last drink I picked up tasted absolutely awful and was 3 inches below the rim. Do better or get new employees….

It's in the grocery store. No drive thru but efficient staff even in the morning hours. But expect a wait especially during busy morning hours.

Usually when I go to this Starbucks I am excited because I can get a refreshing drink in my way through to work, or out of the store after shopping. But due to the lack of training the young employees so need, I am always stuck here an extra 15-20 minutes when a drink should take 5 minutes with focused and trained staff. There is no need to wash ever dish right after it’s use. This place is never busy, drinks should not be taking a half hour to be made. Train your staff so that they know what they are doing. Make an organized plan so that drinks are made on time. In the time that it has taken me to write this review, my order STILL is not ready…
