Overall, a standard KFC/Taco Bell experience. This location is often out of several items or forget to put them in your bag, but *most* of the time it’s fine. The lot is usually in disrepair and the drive through lane is very narrow with narrow turns so be careful if you attempt to pull through in a large or wide vehicle. My favorite thing to get is the quesadilla.

The service is always extremely slow if you choose to eat in the building, they're almost always short staffed, and food orders often come out wrong. Staff are typically friendly and kind, even though they're always rushing around due to the staffing issues.The atmosphere is quite nice post-reno and it's nice to sit in there if you have the extra time. Just expect to be sitting there a similar time frame to going to a traditional restaurant.

I had high hopes after they completely remodeled this place that they were turning a new leaf however the staff does not keep up on the cleanliness inside. Not to mention you can wait for 30 minutes plus in the drive thru and it's not an easy one to get out of so you are stuck waiting!

The renovation looks great but it certainly didn't make the food or service any better. This is the only place we have trouble ordering from. They either always forget food, put sour cream on my tacos eveeytime I ask them not too, or don't give you the correct amount of change back because the person taking your cash is high on drugs. The drive through is an absolute nightmare.
Ordered a beef crunch wrap with NO tomatoes and NO sour cream. It had both! To make worse wasn’t even cooked enough! Even though I sat in drive thru for 10 min. With no other customers in drive thru or inside. This is 3rd time they have messed up my orders.

You'd literally be better off going to the Taco Bell in Troy--At least the staff is nice there. The service at the Bennington location is always slow (30-45 minute wait), which I honestly don't terribly mind, but they hired a new guy recently who makes the experience unbearable. I'm sorry, but if you're so medicated/high that you're almost completely non-functioning and you're being rude/rushing people when they put in their orders, you shouldn't be working the counter or the drive-thru.
