In comparison to many other fast food restaurants or other Burger King, this place is very well maintained. The staff are nice, and the bathrooms are cleaned. It’s located half a block from Tesla superchargers and half a min from highway exits. A very good break stop.

I feel like it's just gone downhill since the 90's. I don't think they flame broil anymore which was the only thing that ever made it great to me. Bland but cheaper than many other options.

People were NOT friendly. The girl was not paying attention. I asked for a Whopper meal with ketchup and pickles only and she repeats a " whopper with mayo, catsup, and..." I stopped her and said no mayo just ketchup and pickles. My husband ordered the same thing. I go to sit at a table and he brings over 2 whoppers only. His had just enough ketchup and mine had so much that it was dripping out on all sides. Fortunately we were on our way home from Boston to NY so I know we will NEVER go back there again and I don't recommend this place.

Food was warm, not hot. Had to wait as they seemed short staffed.Both the men's and women's rest rooms were absolutely disgusting. Toilets were full and clogged.I told the Asst. Manager and she said they already called the plumber a few days ago but they hadn't come.People at the counter had filthy hands.

Over the last 12 months, something drastically changed. I used to be a frequent customer (2-3) times a month passing threw for work. Not anymore. I can't sit out in the parking lot in a large truck taking up several spaces inspecting all my food to make sure it's right, and Hot... I get a simple order of a pain bacon cheese burger and fries, how can you botch that up? It's never right, I end up waiting 15-20 minutes just to get a few miles up the highway to find out, it's wrong, it's cold and it sucks! I'll happily wait the time for hot fresh food, but when I wait and wait and you give me garbage, only half of what I paid for and after all the wait its cold? No... now I don't even bother and drive right on by.

The new manager changed it from free refills to pay for refills.. maybe he's clueless but he could have asked some of the cashiers or he could know company policy if he's going to be a manager.. He's a new middle age guy....I thought managers are supposed to know company policy.That's the only reason for three stars...Otherwise it's great
