So I filled out a application.. She sent me a link, it timed out. So I called her back, to ask her to send me the link again. It took 3 tries to get a day she was there. The last time I called, "she's to busy to hire people and maybe I should apply at Canal Street. Now that's so stupid"your to busy to hire people.!" Makes no sense and I felt like she had a stick permanent implanted in her butt.

The decaf coffee was so awful rancid bitter tasting had to throw it out. I would have returned it but we were 3 miles down the road . Will never go there again.

Wow, I am unimpressed for over $11. My large hot oat milk latte was underfilled by about an inch (not just room for foam or additives), and my egg bites were completely scrambled (didn't notice until I drove away and opened the bag). I walked in on a Tuesday morning at around 7:30, and they had 2-3 employees but didn't seem completely overwhelmed. There were maybe 4-5 customers inside while I was there and the drive-through wasn't more than 4-5 cars long. They were getting web orders, but I've seen worse and really, it's not an excuse for not providing correct quantities or quality.

not saying this for all the employees there but I had ordered sometime last week with a couple friends through the drive through and had multiple complications with this extremely rude lady, she not only was rude but outright had a bad attitude. my order was wrong and she refused to fix it, just disappointed with the lack of attention

The other day I was an idiot and I ordered from the canal Street store in the app in error so I was kicking myself because I really wanted to pick up from the Putney road to location. I only realized after pulling up and trying to pick up my order that I ordered it for the wrong location but the people at Putney road help me out so much and they made the sandwich there. Really appreciate this level of service. Really great job by those employees

Stale bagels, 1/2 lbs cream cheese, sesame bagel tastes a bit moldy on multiple occasions, couldn't even finish it this last time. They forget parts of the order, don't add sugar/cream, more misses than hits the past month or two.

Who doesn't like dunkin , right ? We usually go in to get our coffee, ordering ahead ties things up because they're understaffed. If I was in a hurry , I might.

Recently this store had a very much needed renovation and they did a good job of it. I got an iced coffee and it was good. Maybe a tad burned/bitter but it's a fast coffee shop not a gourmet coffee house.

The cashier did not listen correctly to my order and I was shorted a breakfast sandwich. The bacon egg and cheese on english muffin left a lot to be desired.

This was the third and last of the three Dunkin's we visited on our New England trip. It was very near our hotel in Brattleboro. It is a tricky location on a traffic circle so pay attention how to get in and out of the parking safely and still be headed in the direction you need. There are Dunkin locations all over but many are tiny and inside places like gas stations. Do yourself a favor and go to a stand alone full service Dunkin, especially if you actually want a genuine Dunkin Donut. Which is in fact the ONLY reason I go. I don't like the coffee, I have other places where I like the breakfast sandwiches and even out west it is not a REAL Dunkin Donut. Those are factory baked and shipped regionally to stores who merely fill or decorate to serve. At least in the Boston, RI, or greater New England area they are baked reasonably local though not live each morning in each store anymore. But at least you can see and taste that they are fresh. It's why I come here when I'm in the area. I grew up getting them fresh in New England and you smell the difference when you walk in the door. I always have one of my traditional choices, the powdered sugar jelly filled, the powdered sugar lemon filled or the glazed version of these or of the munchkins. On this trip I had one of everything, I think here in Brattleboro, I had the glazed munchkins before we set out on the highway to travel further north to Hanover NH. When my favorite coffee company is not nearby a Dunkin, I get tea with my donuts. Here, I had hot as it was cold rainy day. In summer in situations like this I will get an iced tea. I never get theircoffee though many I know are happy to do that.

What happened to the chocolate frosting on tbe chocolate frosted donuts ?! There’s like barely any ! Since they reopened and have the new management everything is skimpy even the jelly donuts. Like come on we order chocolate frosted to get that not a raised donut that you can see tbe donut through the

I don’t know how but Brattleboro continues to have the worst Dunkin’s in New England. Something must be wrong with the water here because everyone looks and acts like a zombie.
