After an absolutely miserable day, I stopped at McDonald's for a quick dinner before hitting the highway. The self-order kiosk completely defeated me and if not for the help of the sweetest female employee - who also happened to be on her break - I would have been lost. Aisha was incredibly kind, helpful and beyond professional. She truly turned my mood around and became the bright spot in my day!

If you like your order messed up every time then this is definitely the place to go, every time I've gone here they mess what you would think is the easiest of orders to make, a plain cheeseburger. Apparently that is too difficult for someone, making $15 an hr, to make so if you think your fancy order will be made the right way then go ahead and order. I ordered 6 plain cheeseburgers and got 5 plain hamburgers and one with mustard. The incompetence is so bad it's laughable. I can only hope this place goes outta business

Got the new WcDonalds Chili sauce to try on my burger. It's sweet, tangy, and has a welcome amount of heat to it!I probably couldn't eat a whole dipping cup full though, it's very rich. Probably better on nuggets lolThe anime themed TV commercials are amazing too, nice work McD's.

One of the sketchier McDonald's due to the people who frequent this establishment. It's in a super sketchy neighborhood, and there are always tweakers in there causing a scene...... And some of the workers are deffinateley tweakers as well. It's McDonald's. Food is consistent.But the lemonade here is FANTASTIC

When to get food employees very rude quality of food garbage granted I know it's McDonald's but the sandwich looks like it was put together from a 10-ft distance and and I asked for extra pickles and a large fry paid for it and then received a sandwich with only one pickle and a medium fry intelligence and work ethic clearly lacking in this location
I ordered 3 items, very simple: double cheeseburger, McChicken, & chicken nuggets. At the puck-up window I was asked to pull forward, with no explanation given as to why or for how long. After sitting there for at least five more minutes, someone came to that window and said they didn't realize I was still waiting for food and asked me what I was waiting for. They came back and asked me to park. No. I requested a refund. Someone else came back and asked me what I ordered, that was the third time I was asked what I had ordered. I told him I've been in the drive-thru line for 15-20 minutes and I want a refund. He came back with a bag of food, which was not what I ordered. I never did get the refund because he asked YET AGAIN what I had ordered and I said forget it and just drove away with whatever food was in the bag. It was the most disorganized and ridiculous experience. No communication either. People can't use verbal communication anymore, apparently. No wonder we are being replaced by AI.
