Calzones have declined. They were good then this past Friday it was awful. ? I was a regular now I’ll look somewhere else. Take more pride in your work please. Some people give good gratuities.

Frozen hamburg, undercooked fries , freezer burnt dessert. Poor management in the front of the house, waitress thinks she is more important then the customer experience and there was nobody there to tell her that is not how it works. Sad and expensive for what you get. Tons of better choices nearby.

We ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger with only lettuce, cheese and bacon. Also tenders and fries which the total was over $30! We got the burger with mayo and tomato which wasn't ok with him. He originally wanted his money back for the burger but they offered to remake it. Well again they put mayo on it. He called and was told he couldn't get his money back again for the burger. Very horrible customer service with the old guy cook. Courtney was polite and understanding but my boyfriend was still a very unsatisfied customer.

I've been to a few Ramuntos in NH and VT and it's never a disappointment. Delicious pizza, the garlic parmesan pasta special was so very good! I look forward to every visit.

If no stars was an option I would have chose that. Just ordered and half my order was not in the bag. Went back in and had to wait for them to remake my food, only to get home and realize they made it incorrectly. When I called to let them know it wasn’t correct I was met with rude comments, no sorry, no offer to refund my order. This place might be convenient, but it’s not worth it

3rd Ramunto's location that we have tried. Was hoping the NY style pizza would be better, but it was ok. Flavor was somewhat lacking and dough was not great. I was impressed that they had a military discount though. We ordered for pick-up, so unsure about dining-in atmosphere. Might try some other menu items in the future.

Stopped for lunch with 10 other people. This place was mediocre in almost every way. Pizza was fine. The homemade chips were great. Service was mediocre . They have two sets of bathrooms. One was gross, the other was disgusting, a hard no. Wouldn't choose to come here again, but wouldn't be upset if I had to.

I was visiting my in-laws and had order a pizza. They ended up giving me the wrong one. I called back and spoke with a manager who ensured that that would give me a coupon for the pizza I’d ordered next time I was up. Fast forward to last night, I called to use the coupon and was told by the employee and her manager that “there was no paper stuck to the computer and they could not honor the it.” I would suggest a more effective note system for people still willing to eat at your place. 2 disappointing experiences….
Very disappointed. I had gotten away from Ramuntos due to poor quality food but a friend picked up a pizza from there the other day and the piece I had was pretty good, so I thought I would give it one more try. Unfortunately when I got home the pizza was raw. If it was cooked at all, it must have been just a quick drive-by the oven.

Been here several times. Always consistently good food with daily specials. Bartenders are very good with weekly drink specials! Nice dinning room area and a good variety of food choices on the menu Easy on/off Rte. 91. I would definitely recommend! Worth the stop!
