Stopped in on Saturday for a light lunch and a cocktail. This is a cool spot, the oysters were cold and fresh, the clam chowder is excellent (it's thin, iyktyk) and the tinned fish was not my cup of tea but my gf loved it. A decent selection of beers on tap and a creative cocktail list. Great new spot for me.

Stopped in last week on a whim. My husband and I ate a bunch of small plates and oysters for dinner. We had some amazing cocktails too! All of the seafood was fresh and delicious. The bartender was super kind.

We were charmed to find this fantastic and original gem in Brattleboro. Perfect spot for excellent beer and high quality tapas style menu.Tin (full board) was sublime and worthy of the investment.Oysters were delicious with the best mignonette I've tasted. Salmon belly ceviche was outstanding.The shocker was the lobster sliders. They were better flavored than anything you can find in Maine, and just as fresh. Lobster had perfect texture.Staff were extremely attentive, atmosphere was cozy, cool and felt very seaside.

We stopped in for a beer while deciding where to go next. Small place with a warm personality. It has a relaxed atmosphere with what seemed like mostly locals. A half dozen beers on tap. I enjoyed a voice IPA. Friendly and helpful bartender made the experience even more enjoyable.

Our party of 5 are true seafood lovers. We've been to PH several times before, with generally above-average experiences. This week, to celebrate two birthdays, we were served by the very pleasant Adrian wonderfully prepared mussels as an appetizer - so good that before our main meals were delivered, we ordered a second serving to share. For the main mean, I received probably the best scallops I ever had, perfectly soft and creamy with a light brown toast on the sides. If you're on the hunt for an upscale experience at a reasonable price, this is likely the best deal in the Brattleboro area.

Both the drink and food options were superb. My scallops were amazing and our tuna tartare appetizer was one of the best I’ve had outside of Hawaii. Highly recommend (very expensive)

Solid high end food, American with a continental lilt, priced accordingly. Solicitous and perceptive service. Fun oyster bar. Lovely room with large art on the walls. A 35 year institution carried well. If you're looking for a place to take out of town visitors or to celebrate a business deal, it's a great choice. And the bar is often a nice place to socialize with other Bratt folks, note they'll typically be among the "better heeled."

We had dinner at Peter Havens for Valentines Day, our first time. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. We sat at the bar and enjoyed perfect drinks made by Grace. Dinner was delicious and beautifully served. Swordfish for me and Strip steak for my husband. Yum! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and the service. We will be back!

I had a lovely charcuterie and excellent rioja at the new Oyster Bar side of the restaurant. A lovely bartender and delicious raw bar was in place. Just a warm spot to read a book or reflect in the cold of winter.
