I’ve ate at Bleu a handful of times and have always had a great meal! I really like their burger, lobster roll, and oysters when they’re on special. The salads are all delicious and the view of Lake Champlain is beautiful. I usually choose Bleu over the neighboring Juniper and Hen of the Wood.

Located in the Courtyard hotel, this is a unique dining experience. A bit on the upscale side. You do get a slight view of lake Champlain depending on where you sit. I had the lamb Bolognese and it was very good, a good amount of ground lamb, which was tender and flavorful. The pasta was made with Trenchers Farmhouse pasta, a local vendor that makes fresh pasta. The server was very good and attentive, and knowledgeable on all the menu options. Would come again.

Hidden gem in Burlington at the Courtyard Marriott hotel with beautiful views of Lake Champlain. I had the chicken dish and it was delicious. I never order chicken at restaurants but this dish was highly recommended by the waitress and she was right. Best chicken I’ve ever had.

Didn't realize this was in a hotel. Ended up walking out before ordering anything because the atmosphere felt very bland and the guys sitting next to us were eating fish which smelled spoiled.
We were delighted to discover this restaurant over the New Year's Eve weekend. The food was amazing, service was stellar, and though it was small, the entire place had a vibrant atmosphere!

Had a really great time here. Went for an anniversary and it was the perfect ambiance. Our server was very pleasant and nice. I ordered the arctic char and my partner ordered the market fish, and they both were delicious! We ordered the delicata squash and bread for appetizers and they were scrumptious! I was sad they were out of the clam chowder but will just have to go back another day! Would definitely recommend and I wish it wasn’t dark so I could have seen the stunning view of the water!

My mom in law and I went here! The food was amazing here. The arctic char was PHENOMINAL! The side salad was so pleasantly perfect. The mushrooms and kale were so good as well. Our waitress was really nice and answered all of our questions. Loved this place!
