Not sure what has changed in the last several months, but the food is not the same. The curry... used to be red or yellow. I ordered it and it was a syrupy orange.... iUnfortunate because it used to be excellent.

Abysmal, rude service. Order acknowledged and charged on DoorDash, then delayed over an hour. When calling the restaurant, the person on the phone claimed their DoorDash had been off and hung up on my face.

I don't eat meat and there was chicken on my pad thai. Also there was p*** still in my shrimp satay, it's not that hard to cut the back open and clean them if ur not going to buy them pre-de-pooped. I ordered late so by the time I got my food home and noticed any issues it was too late to get anything else there or anywhere else. So basically I didn't eat tonight...my pad thai was refunded but honestly I just wanted to eat. I spent $60 and only my son ate!

Delicious, Clean, Healthy, Food consistently. I have been a customer of East West for about 4 years now and I’ve never had a single thing that has been bad. Some flavors in dishes I’d like to see be stronger/lesser but that’s really just personal taste. A friendly, local Husband and Wife Team that runs the entire place by themselves and they are an absolute gem and Burlington is proud to call them our own!

East west offers consistently good Tai food. I wouldn't say it's the BEST Thai food in the area but the service is good, prices are reasonable, and they're usually very quick.

Wow. I ordered the drunken noodles on a Saturday whim and they were delicious! glad to know I can get good Thai around here. Thanks folks! I am a city girl who has avoided ordering Thai because I have been spoiled and honestly I was pleasantly surprised! will order again for sure.

I am never disappointed by the food here, absolutely amazing! I love their pad Thai, massaman and their selection of appetizers. Everythibg tastes amazing. Sometimes the food can be a bit spicier than anticipated, and the staff can be a little cold, but I think its mainly because they can get pretty busy, so I don't blame them. Definitely worth the money for the quality of food!
This review would have started at a 3, the food was decent. Nothing to write home about but it was good enough to eat. Until we had not one long black hair in our meal but two. At that point we were done. Knock it down from a three to a two based on the hairs imbedded in the food not just on top. I called to get refunded for just that meal which was over 15 dollars for a drunken noodle dish. Customer service then knocks it down to a one. Yes they refunded my meal but not without stating that it was probably my own hair. Well I have very short red hair and this was long and black. They did not seem very apologetic or really even care. They wanted to argue with me more than help. I ended having to call the online ordering site used on their website to ask them to call in for the refund. Still waiting for the refund. I do not recommend this place at all.

Pretty average Thai food. Got Penang Curry and Drunken Noodles. Both were fine not great. Definitely better than Bangkok Bistro but nowhere close to Tiny Thai.
