Food quality and employee vibes are immaculate. But they get one larger order and it seems their kitchen falls apart for the whole day. Got told 10-12 minutes, ended up waiting half an hour. Nobody else came in to place new orders between now and then. Eventually someone asked if I was waiting for something and they realized they had placed it in their warmer and completely forgotten about me standing there waiting for the order the whole time. The only person in the business. Order in person, doordash is a joke if you wanted your time wasted. KKD should turn off their doordash services and offer drivers of their own.

A shell of what used to be an amazing little sandwich shop.COVID really destroyed this place but from what I've heard, the nasty abusive owner is the main problem. They can't keep staff, and the ones there are clearly overworked. They used to be open 21hrs every day, now you're lucky if you can grab lunch.

Got a bacon egg and cheese it has a single egg and 2 small pieces of bacon on a nice roll for $7. An extra egg an extra dollar make sure to ask. Got a cold cut sandwich also which was good. Took 45 minutes to get 6 sandwiches we were the only ones in there. Wouldn’t say the prices are relative to other spots it’s expensive.

Subs are really good but the prices are crazy. Understandable because Burlington is unreasonably expensive in food prices for whatever reason. I order online and pick up so I can't comment on the staff, but I did notice they don't wear any hair protection as other reviews state. Do recommend

The Shiner is an absolute staple in this community. Get TWO perfect hash-browns on that baby. Staff always cool, especially the owner, Sara.

Overpriced and greasy, plus the owner is mean. Will not come back due to the owner being mean to customers for no reason.

Checked out this deli and sandwich shop in Burlington. It has a crap ton of sandwiches to choose from. Kountry Kart Deli is one of the more cheaply run businesses around here. Basically it's order at the counter and take it to go. There's mostly meaty choices, but they also have falafel among other things. Big selection of the usual kinds of deli sandwiches to get. It's basically just a place to go into and place an order. Then you wait for it and then you take it to go because there isn't any seating. Opens early. They also have a few breakfast choices like sandwiches that come with eggs and hash browns on these. It's about $11 for Mike's Falafel. This has the choice of coming with creamy dill or tahini. Rest of the menu is typical subs with meats. They also have one with hummus, as well as a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Has a lot to get for a small ass deli. It's open early, and also is open later. There's a lot for meat eaters, and there's a few choices for vegans and vegetarians.

I am a doordasher and a customer and they are always very pleasant and helpful. Their shiners are Spot on!

Get a ride and shiner or any breakfast sandwich and you won’t be disappointed. They do all the classic sandwiches very well.

Not cheap, i seen someone comment that and food is not that good.

Delicious breakfast sandwich to hit the road with. Open early and as friendly as everyone else we met in Burlington. Highly recommended.

The Philly Shiner is still the king of the breakfast sandwich! Perfectly crunchy, greasy and cheesy.
