Second attempt at trying pho. First place I went 2 years ago in Maine and didn't really like it. This place changed my mind. The brisket Pho was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend this spot if you are visiting Burlington.

On a cold Burlington night nothing makes me feel better than a hot bowl of fresh Pho. Came in here on a Monday night. It was quiet and quaint inside. Only a few tables but luckily it wasn't crowded. The waitress sat our groups quickly and took our drink orders. They have alcoholic beverages but I chose to have a ginger ale. I ordered the Dac Biet, it came with medium rare brisket, flank brisket, fatty beef, and tendon. It came out quickly. Flavor was great and it was not too hot. Perfect for a cold night. The bean sprouts and mint leaves came out on the side so you can feel free to add as much or as little as you like. Good experience the only thing prevented them from getting 5 stars was they never brought out my ginger ale and at the end it took a while for them to bring my check after I was ready to go.

Went here a few years ago and got the lobster pho and it was fine (a little bland but I didn't add the sauces they have available). Went last week on a cold afternoon and it was just what we wanted. Warm cozy space with quick friendly service. The wanton soup was really really excellent (and I get wanton as much as I can) especially with the hot sauce they provide. The cocktails and wine here are really competitively priced too. Lots of veggie/vegan options. Changed from 4-5 stars. Can't wait to try more dishes and their bubble teas.

My experience at Pho Son was phenomenal. Everything that our server, Aiden, suggested was amazing and would go here every day if I could. I got the wonton soup and added tofu, truly amazing! If you are in Burlington, I would suggest to go here if you can!!Dietary restrictions: There are good options for people with many different types of dietary restrictions.Parking: Across the street is a municipal payed parking lot.

got the vegan tofu banh mi and added a bunch of hoisin sauce, so bomb and the bread was delightful. the waitress was polite and checked in just the right amount. and there was kids doing homework at a table that’s how you know it’s gonna be

This has the most authentic Viet Banh Mi that I have had. The bread is on point and it has the right toppings in the pork banh mi. Great vermicelli w chicken and beef as well. Perfectly grilled.
