Not a restaurant. How is this place in a Hilton? Coffee bar with bagels, poor quality.

We came back to the bar last night with friends. Alexander took care great care of us having drinks & desserts. Clearly busy.Came to breakfast. Blake was extremely busy and kept a smile on her face. She was fabulous! When the manager passed thru she checked in with customers and brought out a few beverages & meals. She did NOT help Blake by bussing tables. Management best supports their staff by doing the duties that are least glamorous.

Not a firetruck.

I've never felt so strongly that I wish I could give zero stars. Where do I start? I specifically asked the server (who had to be tracked down) whether an advertised promotion was available and was told that he would check. He never answered and then overcharged us terribly. Our food was inedible. When I explained that the chicken seemed undercooked the server argued, "that's how it comes." I am still trying to get a refund, two weeks later, because 1) no one can be reached and 2) when I've actually managed to get ahold of someone, they've blatantly lied and said that they called and / or emailed me! Unbelievable!

There is NO hot food. Period. The "Chicken Caesar Salad" was a brown cardboard box filled with stale lettuce and topped with at most 2-3 ounces of chicken. A few pieces of non-descript cheese were stuck to the bottom of the box. This location does not deserve a name. This spot should close until they can hire actual kitchen staff.

Only the bar is open. No food. I was very disappointed the the hotels web site didn’t mention that it was closed. One of the reasons o chose the Hilton was because it had an on site restaurant

My husband and I were staying at the Hilton, and chose to eat breakfast here on our last day in town. As other reviewers have noted, the name is odd. Apparently a play on the University of Vermont team name (the Catamounts). Now that we've cleared that up... The menu has some interesting and tasty choices. My husband ordered the egg and sausage scramble over polenta which was flavorful and filling. I ordered the duck hash, which was also good. The waitress was friendly but the service was spotty. My husband had to show her on the menu what he was ordering because she didn't recognize the item. She didn't write our order down. Our meals were both served with a choice of bread (white or wheat) but she didn't ask us what we preferred and we had to flag her down to make sure that we got wheat bread. My hash came with two eggs. I requested that they be poached easy, but they came out medium with only slightly runny yolks. The dish contained an unappetizing-looking, wilted sprig of watercress as a garnish. I suspect it suffered from exposure to a heat lamp. They offer refreshing, fresh-brewed iced tea, and the waitress was kind enough to provide me with a glass of tea that I could take up to our room after breakfast. The meal was a bit pricey -- $46 before tip for our food plus two soft drinks. (They do offer a breakfast buffet with standard fare for $19 per person. Bottom-line: This is a convenient place to catch breakfast if you are staying at the hotel and we'd eat here again if we were to find ourselves staying at this Hilton.

We were very happy to find this restaurant within our hotel! Food choices were many and the service was outstanding.

Adjacent to the Hilton lobby, we found this nice spot for drinks before calling it a night. The young female bartender, who seemed to be working all 4th of July weekend, was friendly, conscientious, and welcoming. We ordered some wings for noshing and they were very good. Excellent drinks, service and snacks!

Nice area outside .you can be served outside or in the lounge bar. Pit fire outside on the terrace is great.

I was staying at the hotel and decided a nightcap would be nice before turning in for the night. I stopped downstairs and ordered an Amaretto on the Rocks. Barmaid was somewhat friendly with her greeting. Lots of ice and an average shot of Amaretto for the price. Went off to bed and don't know if I would stop again.

Came late to hotel and we were hungry. Service was great. Clam chowder was awesome. Better than legal seafood. Very good caesar salad and hamburgers.

stopped in for a quick lunch between meeting sessions. The salad was delicious and the BLT was incredible! Though it was pricey, I would do it again!

There are not that many decent eats in Burlington, this isn't one of them
