Since leaving the NYC/NJ area, I haven't had a really awesome "regular" (non-flatbread) pie until we got takeout from Rusty's at the start of the July 4th, 2023 long weekend (We've been in VT since 2012). Their crust is thicker than a flatbread, but definitely not heavy. It has a perfect chew and crispy bottom. They are generous with their cheese (and know how to cook a pie given that!). Been here a few times with my kids. Good food, great service, very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.Parking: 5 or 6 spots in the lot, street parking behind the shop.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and welcoming of me and my two kids (ages 5 and 7). Definitely a good spot to bring the kids for a nice casual meal.
