The owner (woman) is NEVER friendly. My husband has mentioned the same thing on several occasions and I always feel ‘unwelcomed’ when I stop here. I probably stop 5-10 x a month and I don’t think she has ever been ‘nice’. It’s not very hard to exchange simple pleasantries or smile especially when people are spending money there. The other staff on the other hand are always kind! I will not go there anymore unless I absolutely have to, I’ll go across the street from now on.

I have spent a lot of money in this store, I'm always very friendly and co aideratr but not once have I gone and and not have gotten an attitude from the lady that is almost always in there. She is always very sparky and rude and never friendly. I'm not sure why but it's not a nice way to treat people who spend money in your store. Otherwise the store has a great selection on food and drinks and the sandwiches aren't bad either.

Good grinders but didn’t get my pickles? it’s okay though I probably wasn’t clear as they offered spicy pickles and pickles and I said no spicy pickles. Not much to choose from with the deli. Grinders or hot dogs. But the grinder was great so much better than subway. I don’t hate subway but would rather have a real grinder once in awhile?

During COVID-19 the owner doesn't wear a face mask and she doesn't require her customers to either.
