They never have donuts. Like isn’t it called ‘Dunkin Donuts’ …. Wow. Are donuts not ordered to this location in the morning or at all? This is frustrating. My coffee is never made right and it’s very simple.

we acquired 3 munchkins donut hole treats each. the blueberry flavor was unmatched. resembled the real thing! very clean, you could eat the munchkins off the floor! yum!

For me, the coffee was too strong taste, it’s overrated the cappuccino was not that good enough. I paid for nothing and they forgot my donut. I’m sad but the casher was nice.The food was very dry.Kid-friendliness: normal foodParking: tiny small

I always prefer the drive thru as it seems to be quicker than inside. They usually always get my order right, and coffee not usually burnt like some stores I go to (usually only an issue if getting half caff/decaf). They also have a walk up window for pick up which is an uncommon convenience.

Used the drive thru, but the young man at the window was very friendly and made sure to test the caps on our hot coffee before handing them to us.

I don't go to Dunkin often but I was dragged into driving our family there to grab coffee, donuts and use the restroom after a long walk. All bathrooms were out of order the wait for food and drinks was a long time and it was an extra $1.50 for a taste of oatmilk in coffee. There were also very few available donut options. If you can survive I would say drive another 5-10 minutes to any other coffee shop near by or a dunkin donuts elsewhere. I understand many places are short staffed but this Dunkin could use a lot of help.

Manager Jennifer Martel needs a reality check. Food is cold, Employees (Most not all) are extremely rude, employees are also bragging about sexual acts constantly and very loudly for customers to hear. The manager talks about wanting to engage in sexual acts with her employees while working on the floor with them. The manager has been informed that employees are having sexual intercourse in the walk in fridge, and responds with "well I did it too when I was a shift leader So I can't be a hypocrite and say no". YES you can, you are a manager, keep your employees in check and do your job.

Inconsistent service, needs cleaning, and staff need to communicate consistently with customers. Not tell one customer the lobby is closed and take the order for the next.

Always get my order wrong and it's a very simple order hit coffee, cream and sugar. My drink is always missing the sugar or it has just a drop of cream. Also has gotten extremely expensive almost 4 bucks a xl coffee that is not even made correctly. If it is done correctly than is usually about a 1/4 " of grinds in the bottom of the cup.

The service at the north Ave/ Colchester Dunkin is Awesome. And pet friendly. My dog Miley was VERY PLEASED with the donut holes they gave her.
