what a disaster... 1) totally understaffed. 2) waited 20+min for my order. 3) then it comes out wrong...but this is normal McDonald's stuff I can tolerate... here's the real problem, the entire time I'm waiting I have no Wi-Fi because their Wi-Fi was down... wth.. I mean if you're going to make me wait forever at least let me have some entertainment

I ordered a McChicken from the drivethru as I got home and took a bite out of the McChicken I felt a string like something in my McChicken. I spit it out and what do I see?? A hair. A literally piece of hair in my sandwich tht I thankfully didnt swallow. Ive ordered from drivethru before and never experienced something like this. Certainly not the best experience. Don't want no more hair in my food.

Quick clean plenty of parking for a big truck.I drive all over Vt and this is one of if not the best. The staff member was quick to get my drink cup and the crew was pretty quick on the food.
Wish we still had dollar menu and the prices of everything wasn't an arm and a leg.

This last week, I went for breakfast and made an online order and got there to find they were closed due to employees that did not show only the manager who kindly got me my order.I went for dinner at 7:50 pm after work and did an online order as well. When I got there, there was a line of 6-8 cars and I had to sit in line for half an hour for my order. Several cars who got there after me did not wait and took off.The service and their shakes ND coffees have been horrible. They better turn things around, or they will be out of business soon.
