Wonderful spot for ice cream with lots of parking and picnic tables. I introduced my friend to maple creemies here. We each got a large with the maple crunch topping. I could’ve done without the maple crunch topping. It was my first time trying it and, frankly, I thought it detracted from the wonderful flavor of the ice cream. As for the large size, it’s not large it’s humongous. I expected it to be half the size it was. So when you order, keep that in mind.
The number two ice cream place in the Derby/Newport area. Not as busy as Tim and Doug's, so the lines are often shorter. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. They also offer a rewards program so you can work towards a free creamie.
