It’s OK. The Williston Rd. Location seems to have the better bagels in terms of flavor and consistency. They’re a bit bready here. Friendly staff and service.

Bummer! Have always loved the spot in South Burlington. We gave the Essex location another try but unfortunately the bagels were as unfavorable and stale as the customer service.

Placed online order. Instructions were not followed correctly, waste of time
I spent the time entering my online order including credit card information and I get a "not accepting orders" notification. The place doesn't close for an hour and half. If they aren't going to take online orders, put it out there before customers enter their information.

These bagels hurt! My friends and I ordered 3 sandwiches. All 3 were Crazy hard, scraping the roofs of our mouths and gumlines. My teeth wanted to jump out of my face! Those buns weren't toasted, just old and stale.At least the contents were good. Potential's there.. Yall do better; Ok.
