Placed an online order that failed to show up in their system. District manager still has yet to help resolve the issue two months later after repeated attempts.In addition, the building is almost always locked and your only option is drive through, but you don't know that until you get there.Food is great, but this place needs good help and good management.

As it seems with other reviewers: the lobby was closed. I waited in a drive-thru line that went around the building. I got my food, saw something was missing. I tried to knock on their door to get their attention. Not only did they not acknowledge me, they didn't even look in my direction. I had to call the store to have them pay attention and get the food I paid for. Service here is atrocious.

Waited in line in the Drive-thru for 45mins as the lobby was closed ? when we finally received our order we pulled over to make sure everything was correct which it was not we were missing items and not just one item few and we had to get back in line and wait to get our missing items by then everything else was cold. Was not impressed ?

Just tried to get food . After waiting 20 minutes in line at the drive thru, got to the order speaker, was asked if id be using reward points, I said no and the person never came back on the speaker. A half hour. This place is a disaster.

Need to either get more people or close. Just went through the drive through and order our food. Had to go through again and still gave us two burgers that was not what we wanted. Ordered a baconator and they gave us a triple cheese half slammed together with burnt bacon.

I placed a mobile order on the Wendy’s app for carry out at 6:38pm and I arrived to pick up my order and the lobby was closed and was told that they didn’t start making order and to pull around and someone will bring it to me. It is currently 7:36 and I am still waiting. I finally received my after over a hour and my order was incorrect and I attempted to call multiple times but didn’t get a answer.

No one was taking orders, so we had to order on their slow, glitchy screen. Then as they were giving us our order, I had to keep pointing out the things they’d forgotten. The cook called out that he only had little burger patties left after we’d already ordered and paid, so even though we paid for a quarter pounder, we got a small patty—no refund for it. The employees all seemed overworked and stressed out. They had to close the lobby while we were there. Terrible experience through and through.

Went for a quick lunch but the actual dining room was closed and the only thing I could do was go through the drive-through like everyone else. No one else was surprised by this except for some soldiers who also wanted the dining room! Shameful!!!

This location seems to be improving! I remember a time not too long ago when the lobby was always closed and the drive thru was always full of cars. It would take a half hour to get through.Today it only took about 4 minutes from start to finish. The food was decent. I will be back.
