I attended a workshop with Sarah Owens at Brot Bakehouse. Now my goal in life is to pack up and move to VT. Brot itself is a gorgeous property. The kitchen space is the perfect blend of past and present, with it's beautiful wood fired ovens sitting directly across from very modern convection oven and fridges. My second visit to Brot Bakehouse School and Kitchen: I attended a one day Rye class and it was fabulous! Heike, made it all seem simple and approachable for all levels. The atmosphere was extra special- I imagine I’ll keep coming back!
