This is an unpretentious local bar that I really enjoy. I'm here temporarily on a job assignment and have found the bartenders and the locals to be friendly and welcoming. The service has been consistently excellent. They don't have a cocktail menu but they do basic drinks very well. Their beer on taps selection is heavy on IPAs.
Thoughts of the Wednesday Nite Jam gave something me something to forward to months in advance. The music, food and people rewarded me with a great visit. Will be back on Vermonter for sure.

Nice enough place for what it is: a local watering hole. Don't want to call it a dive, as the people were pretty nice and welcoming, even to this out-of-towner. HOWEVER... they don't serve food. Only adult beverages and soft drinks. The bartender said, "Yea, we USED TO do a good Philly cheese steak but things change."
