We stopped here on our way back home hoping to get some breakfast and free medium or large coffee Mondays for app members. I got a small black coffee with a donut, I ask the girl behind the counter, dont I get it for free if I change it to medium, "I don't know anything about the app". Then she calls someone else and the other girl says "oh thats so you use your app for rewards!" There was a sign that says free medium or large coffee. They have no food either. If you can wait, dont bother stopping here, avoid it.

This is the worse Dunkin I have ever visit. Rude customer service . They don't know anything about anything. They don't have stove so there is no food in here. It doesn't deserve any star. Do yourself a favor skip this place.

Always takes forever. If u order on the app ur order won't be right and 9/10 won't fix it if it's food. The ladies are worried about flirting with men rather than helping customers who have been standing in the corner for 15-45 minutes!! Such a joke.

My boyfriend and I have been to this location several times and each time it’s never gotten better. The coffee is watery and tasteless. I ordered a cocoa mocha and it’s 90% milk, 10% coffee and there was no cocoa. My boyfriend got a caramel craze and it was the same, mostly milk with a little coffee. We also waited for 10 minutes while an employee was sweeping the floor for our donuts. She never looked up or asked why we were waiting. Finally another girl asked and apparently they had forgotten about our donuts entirely. Severely disappointed and will not be returning.

Dunkin Donuts is a New England staple! Although I prefer the other company's coffee, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about DD! My favorite drink is the caramel Macchiato with a shot of espresso...so stinking good!
